At the beginning of the episode, Anuj tells Anupama that many girls came into his life, but he never fell in love, so he did not get married. He says he did not want one-sided love in his marriage. Anupama thinks of her own marriage.
Anupama tells him that he can still get married as he does not look above 30. Anuj laughs at her. He tells her that there are two types of people in this world, happily unmarried or unhappily married so he has chosen to be happy. Anupama laughs. Anuj asks her why she does not get married. Anupama firmly says no.
Nandini gives medicine to Vanraj. She tells him that she feels bad when he reacts badly, more for him than Anupama. She asks if it is worth so much fighting. She worries that whatever happened was just a built-up, and now the real drama will begin. She requests him to handle it if this happens.
Anupama tells Anuj that there is no space for marriage in her life, not because of her age, but because she has lost the courage to love or tolerate the pain anymore. She says she was broken when Vanraj cheated on her and she has stood up again after a lot of effort, so she does not want to risk it again. Anuj says she is right and she should take the membership of the unmarried club.
Anuj and Anupama get up to go from the temple. Anupama leaves a message for Babu Ji that they will reach home by evening. It starts raining heavily. Anuj worries that they should not get stuck on the way as the road is very bad. Anuj apologizes to Anupama for the bumps. Anupama says not it is not his fault. Anuj says he cannot see anything. Their car goes off the road.
Everyone worries about Anupama and Anuj at home. Ba taunts them not to worry as Anuj is there. Bapu Ji says he is worried because of such bad weather.
Anuj cannot start the car. They try to call but there is no network. Anuj says they will have to stay here only till rain stops. Anuj says he will go to find someplace to stay. Anupama tells him not to go out in such weather. Anupama says they should stay together and try to find some way.
Anuj gives her an umbrella. Anupama asks him if he is waterproof. Anuj says he is not made of salt that he will melt in water. Anupama says he will get sick in such weather. They share the umbrella. Anupama is about to fall but Anuj supports her. He gives her his coat. They see a house nearby. Vanraj worries if their car is broken down. Samar says he will go on a bike to look for them. Toshu tells him not to go in such weather. Nandini says it is not safe to drive in such weather. Samar says it would be better if they stay in a hotel. Ba thinks if Anupama does not come today, she will create a huge scene.
Anuj and Anupama go to the house and ask for help. The boys who open the door, say they cannot let them in as they are unknown to them. They say they can inform their family if they want. Anuj tells them to search for him on the internet. The young kids allow them to come inside and say they were partying in his parent’s weekend house.
Anupama asks to make a call. They tell her to call from a landline. Anupama tells Bapuji that their car stopped and was almost in an accident. Samar tells them to stay wherever they are. Anupama tells that they got shelter in a house where some kids are partying. Nandini tells them to stay there till the weather is better.
