At the beginning of the episode, Madiba wants Anandi to make Lapsi for the Chulha Puja. Anandi tells that she has never made lapsi. Also, she doesn’t even know where the items are kept in the kitchen here. Devali says that she will help her in telling which thing is being placed where. Kanku hears this. She gets upset hearing this. Sejal is worried. She tries to approach Anandi.
Madiba stops her. Whereas Sejal says that Anandi is not taking bath so she is going to tell her that as Thakur Ji has to offer bhog, so she has to be pure. Here Devali gives all the confrontation to Anandi. Anandi asks will she not help her. Devali says she wants to help her but Madiba will not like it so she will not be able to help her. Sejal is coming to the kitchen. Devali stops her from coming. She says that she already has asked Anandi for a bath.
Sejal leaves from there. Anandi thinks about what she needs to do first to make lapsi. She puts a lot of porridge in the cooker. Kanku comes to the kitchen to help Anandi. Devali asks why is she going to the kitchen. Kanku lies that she wants to eat an apple. Devali says okay. Then Kanku writes half the recipe and leaves as Devali comes there. Anandi goes to Jigar’s room.
She wants to call her mother. Jigar gives her his phone. But Ratan does not pick up her phone. Anandi then watches a video that shows the method of making lassi. She can’t watch the whole video. She thinks that she should have done as much work as she has seen. Further, she sees that Devali is outside her room as she had come out of the kitchen lying to her. She thinks that if Devali comes to know that she did not go to the bathroom then there will be a problem.
Then she drops some stuff to get out of there. This distracts Devali and Anandi goes to her room. Devali further asks her how it took her so long. Anandi lies that the water in the bathroom was slowly coming. After that, she goes to the kitchen. And starts making lassi. She wonders where is the ghee. She falls while taking ghee. She groans in pain. Devali laughs seeing her condition.
Anandi stands up again and takes the ghee. After that, she starts making sweets. She sees that it has been a long time and how she should complete this task. Here Sejal and Kanku are worried for Anandi. Sejal tries to go to the kitchen but is unable to. Anandi wonders how will she know that the lapsi is cooked. She asks God to help her.
