At the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi tells Gurucharan, she has Virendra as her father so he does not need to worry. Virendra tells him not to worry as Lakshmi is even before Rishi for him. Gurucharan thanks him.
Karishma and Soniya crib about Lakshmi. Malishka comes there. Karishma warns her about Lakshmi and says she will do something to make her the queen of the evening. He says if the cake falls from Lakshmi’s hands then all will get angry on Lakshmi and Malishka will reach there with new cake. Soniya and Malishka agree with her plan.
Neha asks Rishi why he called her there. Shalu comes and tells Rishi that Lakshmi is calling him. Neha thinks Shalu is jealous because Ayush is coming close to her, even though she is not focussing on him. She goes to Ayush but he escapes.
Rishi asks Lakshmi why she called him. Lakshmi introduces him to Gurucharan who is about to leave. Virendra invites him for Diwali. Lakshmi goes to call Shalu and Bani. Gurucharan tells Rishi that he loves Lakshmi dearly and he cannot tolerate if someone hurts her. Rishi tells him that he will take care of Lakshmi. Gurucharan tells Lakshmi that he may be far but he is always with her. Sisters bid him goodbye.
Malishka asks Neelam for the cake cutting. Malishka calls Lakshmi to get the cake for cutting. Malishka thinks this will be her knockout punch. Lakshmi brings the cake on a trolley. Karishma throws some stuff down. Lakshmi turns to pick them up while Karishma throws the cake on the floor. Lakshmi gets worried to see the spoilt cake.
Karishma tells Malishka and Soniya that she spoilt the cake. Lakshmi takes Malishka aside to tells her problem. Malishka says everyone is waiting. Lakshmi notices her love band. She thinks of what Gurucharan told her. She holds Malishka’s wrist to see the band. Malishka gets nervous. Rishi also sees them.
A guest tries to flirt with Shalu. Shalu rebukes him. Soniya hears this and scolds Shalu for misbehaving with him. Ayush sees this and takes Shalu away from there. Soniya tells Sumit that she is Lakshmi’s sister. Shalu says she can handle guys like Sumit herself, but she is saving him from a girl he cannot handle. Ayush says she doe not need to. They fight again.
Rishi asks Lakshmi what happened. Lakshmi says Malishka is wearing the same love band as him. Rishi says he only gave it to her as someone gifted it to him and he thought he will order couple of bands for them both. He shows that his wrist is empty.
Lakshmi tells Rishi that the cake is spoilt. Lakshmi tells him that she will make ghevar and he must keep everyone busy for half an hour. He tells her that he will call their hotel and they can bring a new cake in half an hour. Lakshmi is too nervous, so Rishi calms her down. Rishi orders the cake, while Lakshmi tells to put a picture on the cake.
Malishka cries and tells Karishma that Rishi ditched him and took off the love band. Karishma tells her to focus on the party and create a big issue about the damaged cake. Malishka asks Lakshmi where the cake is. Rishi asks Virendra to wait for some time before the cake cutting. Nana ji comes for the party. Neelam is very happy to see him. He says he could not refuse Lakshmi’s order to attend the party. Lakshmi touches his feet. Nana ji tells her to hug him like Neelam. Neelam feels slighted.
