At the beginning of the episode, Shalu wonders who the girl with Rishi is. Lakshmi reaches the venue and tries to go ahead as Rishi and Malishka cut the ribbon. Lakshmi thinks Rishi had to cut the ribbon without her. Lakshmi’s sandal breaks, so she stays behind,
Neelam, Dadi and Karishma reach home. Ahana tells them that Lakshmi has gone to the inauguration with Rishi. Karishma gets worried. Shalu reaches the venue and meets Lakshmi. Shalu tells her that Rishi did the inauguration with some other girl. She tells Lakshmi about her suspicions that Rishi might be having an affair. Lakshmi does not believe her.
Rishi and Malishka bid good bye to the owner. Shalu shows the pictures to Lakshmi where Rishi is holding Malishka close. Lakshmi is shocked but refuses to believe. She says all this is common in city. Shalu says then why Rishi lied to her and did not even tell her that he has gone with some girl. Shalu says friends do not hug like that. Shalu asks Lakshmi to go inside to check.
Rishi and Malishka come towards them. Just as Lakshmi turns, some people come between them with a board, and they don’t see each other. Lakshmi says that love means trust. Shalu says love is beyond trust and she must expect her right too. She asks why Lakshmi is not scared to lose her love and she should use her brain along with her heart.
Lakshmi says such a thing cannot happen. Shalu says she cannot unset all that. Lakshmi says Rishi is truthful and he can never do something like that. Shalu says the other girl might be trying to snare Rishi. Lakshmi admits this can happen.
Karishma tries to call Malishka but she is not able to. Lakshmi calls Rishi before going inside. Rishi is waiting for his car. Rishi tells her that he was in meeting as he came directly to office from home. Lakshmi is shocked. Shalu sees Rishi’s car and shows it to Lakshmi but they are not able to see the girl’s face.
Shalu and Lakshmi try to see the girl’s face, but Malishka’s face is hidden. Shalu says that girl is trying to trap Rishi. Lakshmi says but Rishi lied on his own. Shalu says they must find out who the girl is. They take an auto to follow the car.
Karishma calls Malishka but there is network issue so she is not able to tell her. Karishma feels relieved that they left the venue. Lakshmi says she just wants to confront Rishi. Shalu tells her to find the girl. Lakshmi asks her how she knows so much about love.
Jennifer comes to office to thank Rishi. Lakshmi and Shalu think she is the girl. Lakshmi sees Malishka come out of the cloakroom, but she has changed. Karishma asks Malishka to handle Lakshmi as she might have seen her there. Lakshmi tells Malishka that she knows Rishi is having an affair with someone. Malishka realises that Lakshmi does not know who the girl is.
Lakshmi says Malishka brought them together and now she thinks of her as her friend as she is such good person. Lakshmi says that she must know about the girl. Lakshmi says everyone will be so hurt if this turns out to be true. Lakshmi starts crying and says Rishi lied to her about being in office. Lakshmi says she is innocent but not dumb. She asks why would a good person like Rishi do something like this. Malishka tells Lakshmi to relax and says Rishi can never do a thing like this.
Lakshmi asks for Malishka to help her in catching Jennifer. Jennifer comes out. Lakshmi asks Jennifer if she is having an affair with RIshi. Malishka tells Jennifer to go away and tells Lakshmi that Rishi can never go out with such a girl. Lakshmi says she has seen the girl’s photos and asks for Malishka’s help in catching that girl.
