At the beginning of the episode, Ashwini goes Bhawani with a saree. Bhawani tells her to away if she is here to defend Sai. Ashwini says she is there to show her the saree they bought for her. Bhawani loves the saree. Ashwini says Sai chose it for her. Bhawani returns the saree.
Sai cries in her room. Virat brings snacks for her. Virat says he never knew his best friend could make such amazing snacks. Virat feeds her. He says Bhawani is angry with her despite all her efforts.
Ashwini reminds Bhawani that Sai said that Bhawani wants the heir in such an environment. Bhawani says she never thought of this. Ashwini says Sai is changing and they are coming closer despite not admitting it. Bhawani says her decision to keep them apart was right. Ashwini requests her if they can let them stay separately for some more time. Bhawani tells her that her decision is final.
Pakhi is furious about what Sai said to her. She thinks Sai must pay for insulting her. Samrat asks what is wrong. Pakhi says she is just tired after cleaning and Sai does not affect her. Samrat asks her what she was doing outside Virat’s room. Pakhi says he is free to doubt her because of Sai and goes. Samrat stops her and holds her hands. He tells her that he trusts her. She hugs him.
Virat tells Sai not to get disturbed because of the oldies. Virat makes her smile. Sai says they made such a big deal out of a friendly hug. Virat says the previous generation has a way of life and they cannot change it overnight. He says they feel threatened when the younger generation tries to point their mistakes. Virat says he learns from her so much. He praises her for what she does for everyone. Sai feels happy. Virat tells her not to get disturbed by others’ taunts.
Virat tells Sai that they can just follow what Bhawani said, but then they can do what they like among themselves. Sai asks if her driving lessons are over. Virat says they will continue whenever they have time. Sai thanks him and tells her father that Virat is fulfilling his promises too. Virat tells that her father only taught him driving.
Karishma makes rangoli. Bhawani and Sonali praise her rangoli. Samrat brings sweets and wishes them Happy Diwali. Karishma is about to see the sweets. Bhawani scolds her that it should first be offered to god. Samrat offers them special sweets from Mahabaleshwar. Sonali says the real attraction of this Diwali are Mirchi and Modak and Sai must move back to Virat’s room. Mohit says she is getting so excited as if this is their first night. Pakhi goes to keep sweets. Samrat follows her and says even their first night is pending.
Sai gets ready for Diwali. She thinks that kid in the mall looked so cute in Virat’s arms. Virat also thinks about the kid. He cleans his room before Sai shifts and puts pillows on the bed as before. Sai remembers how Virat helped her in setting up her stuff and thinks she will make him unpack this time too. She takes her father’s photo and thinks it appears that she is shifting to Virat’s room for the first time.
