At the beginning of the episode, Pallavi and Raghav reach the hospital. Pallavi asks Milind how she got hurt. Pallavi says Sharda never goes to the terrace because climbing steps pain her legs. Pallavi consoles Vijay.
Mandar is at home with Mansi. He thinks he must find out what happened to Sharda. Mansi tells him that they admitted her to the hospital.
Doctor asks if she has insurance as the operation is very expensive. Milind says she does not have. Raghav says she is his mother and they should not worry about payment. He calls Farhad.
Farhad tells Jaya about Raghav telling him to come with money and checkbook. Keerti taunts that those people have started looting money rom Raghav. Jaya tells her that this is Raghav’s own hard-earned money and she has no right to comment on how he spends it.
Mandar comes to the hospital. Milind asks him what happened. Mandar says Sharda was going to the temple and then he saw her fallen. He says he was going to call an ambulance but he fainted again. He pretends to thank Raghav for paying for the surgery. Raghav says Sharda is his mother too.
Mandar is alone outside the operation theatre with Mansi. He asks where Raghav and Pallavi are. Pallavi tells Raghav why Sharda went to the terrace as she never went to the terrace. Pallavi says she has a feeling it is not the whole truth. The doctor comes out and tells Mandar and Mansi that the surgery was successful. Mandar gets worried. The doctor tells that they have shifted Sharda to room 119 and they can meet her. Mansi goes to call everyone. Mandar goes to Sharda’s room.
Mansi tells Pallavi about Sharda being shifted to the room and tells them to meet her there. Mandar removes Sharda’s oxygen and is about to strangle her. Raghav and Pallavi see that from outside. They come inside and call him. Mandar says he was fixing the pillow. He has put oxygen back. Raghav tells him to talk outside so they do not disturb Sharda. Pallavi is emotional and stays back.
Mandar is worried about what if Sharda tells everything. Amruta asks where Pallavi is. Pallavi comes out of the room and tells Sharda is awake now. Everyone goes inside. Vijay tells Sharda he will not let her go so easily.
Sharda sees Mandar and remembers what he did. She gets disturbed and her vitals fall. Pallavi and others get worried. Milind calls the doctor. Doctor checks on her. Sharda is not able to move her hands. The doctor says her nerves have got damaged due to a fall, so she is paralyzed below her neck. Mandar pretends to be sad and goes outside. Milind comes out and consoles him.
Vijay says he wants to stay near Sharda for some time. Pallavi tells Sharda that she will be fine very soon and now Mandar is also there. Sharda gets disturbed on hearing Mandar’s name. The nurse says only one person can stay inside, so Pallavi goes out.
Pallavi is disturbed on seeing Sharda like this. He tells Raghav that Sharda is her superhero, and she cannot see her like this. Raghav consoles her and says sometimes super-heroes also need some break. He says they will make her better. Pallavi says it appears that Sharda wants to tell her something. Raghav says Sharda must be frustrated about not being able to say anything. Raghav tells her to eat something with everyone in the canteen. Mandar hears their conversation and sees them going holding hands.
