Mehndi hai rachene wali is a love story of two people who hated each other. One a gangster and one widow both lonely in their lives. It’s a gripping story with new twist and turns in the journey of them finding love in each other.
In last week’s episode we saw, because of riots in the city everything goes under lockdown. Raghav takes refuge in a hotel and the same hotel Esha shows up. She leaves seeing him there as well. Raghav thinks about the situation outside and goes to stop her from leaving. Esha gains consciousness and asks Raghav to stop beating him as the man is her husband. The man says to Esha pointing at Raghav that he is your Ex-boyfriend who she still wants to be with and divorce him. Raghav brings Esha to his room. Esha tells Raghav that her husband was abusive and had increased his torture in the recent. So, she came here to lodge a formal complaint against him and he kidnapped her.
Esha gets drunk, while Raghav is still a bit conscious. She tells him that when he texted Pallavi she thought the text was for her and felt good. Raghav says that she had too much to drink and the drink is speaking not her. Esha says to him that she can’t continue living like this without love.Raghav says to Esha that he’ll go and sleep on the couch and stand up but then falls down on the bed. He falls asleep on the bed and Esha sees him lying on the bed and goes close to him to sleep. ACP Laxmi stops Pallavi’s car and takes her to the station until the curfew is removed. Pallavi calls Farhad from the station phone. Pallavi reaches the hotel where Raghav is staying and calls Raghav. He wakes up and sees himself in bed naked and then notices Esha beside him and is shocked.
Raghav calls Pallavi and tells her that he has left for Hyderabad and would reach home soon. Pallavi sees a Ganpati idol and goes to pray in front of it, while Sunny waits on the couch. Esha comes towards the reception looking for Raghav, she sees Pallavi and hides. Sunny see’s her hiding from Pallavi and feels suspicious and asks Pallavi to wait outside. Esha, when Pallavi is gone, goes to the reception to inquire about Raghav’s whereabouts but doesn’t find anything. Sunny asks Pallavi to go home and he’ll come later. Sunny asks at the reception about Esha and finds out that she stayed the night with Raghav in the same room. Sunny gives the receptionist money and takes the logbook paper with him in which there is an entry of Raghav and Esha’s name together.
Raghav gets a call from ACP Laxmi asking him to come to the police station. When Raghav visits the station, she shows him footage of him beating up Esha’s husband. He tells her that he doesn’t know anything regarding anything and only if she has anything legal he’ll stop. When he reaches home, Pallavi tells him that Esha is home and has brought the contract papers from Mr. Das’ office. Esha follows Raghav to his office, he tells her that she was his past and Pallavi is his present and future. Esha leaves, Pallavi brings coffee and Raghav tells her that she left. In the morning, Kirti reads out a news in which she tells that a girl attempts suicide because of her ex-boyfriend. Raghav gets a call from Mr. Das asks him if he knows where Esha is.
Raghav gets worried and goes to check up on Esha at her house. Raghav breaks down the door and unties Esha from the chair. Esha is mesmerized by his care for her. At the police station, ACP Laxmi asks Sunny about Esha and then shows him the footage of Raghav beating Esha’s husband. Laxmi asks Sunny to find more about Raghav and Esha’s connection. Pallavi keeps calling him as they are getting late for the puja, she says to Jaya about it. Raghav brings Esha to his house and Pallavi opens the door and sees them and asks him what’s going on. Esha tells Pallavi that she met with an accident, and Pallavi medicates her. Amruta sees Esha and introduces everyone to her as her boss.
Kirti tells Jaya that she has already spoken to Raghav and he said there is nothing between them. Jaya says she can’t let Kirti destroy Raghav’s life. Sunny eavesdrops and says to himself that he needs to find things from Kirti about Esha. The Puja begins and Raghav and Pallavi perform it together. Esha sees them performing the rituals and imagines herself in place of Pallavi and smiles. Amruta taps on her shoulder and brings her to reality. Raghav tells Pallavi that Esha’s ex-husband beats her and she says that they should ask Esha to stay for a few days at their place. Pallavi looks for Esha, Amruta tells her that she went home. Jaya and Sharda ask Raghav and Pallavi to have kids. Raghav leaves embarrassed.
