At the beginning of the episode, doctors informed the Pandya family that Dhara’s condition is critical and they should decide whether they want to keep the fetus or not. Gautam decided to save Dhara and remove the fetus. Suman stopped Gautam and asked him to think about his baby. Gautam said he can’t hurt Dhara for the upcoming baby. Suman asked him to think positively and trust God for everything. Gautam’s brothers encouraged him and asked him to stay strong in this tough situation. On the other hand, Dhara’s condition was getting worst.
A doctor said the Pandya family should decide to remove the fetus. Another doctor said we can’t force anyone. Anita arrived at the hospital. Raavi shouted at Anita and asked her not to come close to Gautam. Anita said she knew about Dhara’s pregnancy complications from Dushehra but she didn’t inform anyone about that. Raavi gets shocked. Rishita arrived there and took Dhara’s pregnancy file from Anita. Rishita and Dev went to meet another doctor. Suman started crying in front of God and pray them to save Dhara and her baby both. Rishita and Dev meet Dr. Seth regarding Dhara’s pregnancy complications.
Dr. Seth informed them that Dhara’s condition is too critical and they should discontinue Dhara’s pregnancy. Dev started crying. Dr. Seth said no one can do anything in Dhara’s case. Dev and Rishita arrived at the hospital. Rishita said Dr. Seth also wants them to discontinue Dhara’s pregnancy because Dhara’s condition is too critical. Dev said if we want to save Dhara then we should discontinue her pregnancy. Gautam and everyone get shocked. Gautam recognized the moments when Dhara was thinking about her upcoming baby. Gautam fall down and started crying. Gautam asked everyone to save Dhara.
Doctors again arrived there and asked about Gautam’s decision regarding Dhara’s pregnancy. Gautam said he don’t want to hurt his wife for the upcoming baby and that’s why he want to terminate Dhara’s pregnancy. Everyone gets shocked and started crying. The doctor gave an agreement paper to Gautam and asked him to do a signature on that for security reasons. Suman shouted at Gautam for taking this decision. Suman said only Dhara can decide whether she wants to terminate the pregnancy or not. Gautam said he can’t affect Dhara’s life at any cost. Suman said if Dhara gets to know about her pregnancy termination then she will get broke. Rishita and Raavi tried to convince Suman of pregnancy termination. Suman asked everyone to trust God. Gautam was doing signatures on agreement papers. Suman took that papers and throw them.
