At the beginning of the episode, Tejal talks happily on phone. Gopika goes to her room but she shuts the door on her face. She goes to Saksham’s room. Saksham says to her that she has embarrassed his family twice in the same day, so he does not want to see her face. He tells her to get lost.
Ramila tells Meenal that Tejal is like their own daughter. She instigates Meenal against Mithila that Mithila raised questions on her upbringing. Meenal says Mithila is her older sister and she can say anything to her. Ramila says Mithila felt bad that she sat in the HAWAN. Meenal says Mithila has never taken any right away from her. Ashi and Ramila say they felt very bad for her and Tejal. Meenal stays quiet.
Gopika goes to the temple with her pillow. Saksham calls Radhika to thank her and says she saved her family twice. He asks her to come to Tejal’s engagement. He asks how she came to know about Tejal’s trouble. She says news about big families spread fast. He calls her a savior. She says she will not come because if he meets her he will never want to see her again.
Vijay’s family comes for SHAGUN. Mithila thanks them for arranging everything well. Families exchange gifts. Gopika thinks she must save Tejal from this marriage. Meenal introduces them to Ashi. Vijay’s mother asks about Gopika so they can give her the gift too. Mithila says she is busy with some work. She says they will meet her in the evening.
Ramila and Anand clean and arrange the house. Hiten asks what is the matter. Ramila says a girl’s family is coming to see him. The girl’s family comes in a luxury car. Ramila asks about their car and saree. The girl’s father gets a call from his boss to get the car back. He tells that he is a driver and he has to return the car now. Ramila insults them and throws them out. The girl tells Ramila that she knows everything about their family and her son does not even have a job.
Tejal tells Mithila that she does not want Gopika to come to her engagement. Mithila says they cannot explain all this to Tejal’s in-laws. Meenal asks if they can make an excuse. Mithila says even she does not want Gopika around, but she has taken this decision for Tejal’s sake. Ashi instigates Meenal that she has no choice except to accept Mithila’s decision.
Ashi tells Ramila about the gifts that they are giving to the groom in engagement. Ashi tells her even she has feelings that Vijay is not right. Ramila says they will see how long he can hide his truth from the Modi family.
Saksham looks at Radhika’s design and thinks about her. Gopika sees this. Mithila calls her inside and asks her to get ready for the engagement function. Saksham objects so she says they cannot let the outsiders know about her at the moment as it is Tejal’s engagement. Saksham says everyone will come to know eventually. Mithila says by the time Gopika is gone, Tejal would have been married. Mithila says she should apologize to Tejal for hurting her and speaking ill of Vijay. Gopika says she will apologize to Tejal but Vijay is not right for Tejal. Mithila tells her to get ready and come like a guest.
Gopika is going to Tejal’s room. She wonders why Tejal is marrying Vijay. Tejal asks Vijay he wants her to delete her account on social media. Vijay says he does not want others to see her photos now. He hurts her wrist and says she must follow all his orders. He blackmails her and says he still has the picture on his phone. Gopika sees all this and thinks she must stop this engagement.
