At the beginning of the episode, Digvijay says that he has done only one mistake that he takes the money from Devika’s fund without asking her. He says that Devika got to know about this and started shouting at him, when he told her that he used that money in a business but that business failed. He tells her that he is about to return her money through a tender but that also failed. He says that Devika told her that he cheated on her like Rudra. She told him that Rudra has cheated on her because he loves Preesha his, ex-wife.
Then he promises her that in one week he will return her money and will send her to America. He tells Armaan that Devika got convinced by him and she also hugs him. Armaan says that he doesn’t believe him. Then police take him to the police station for investigation. Rudra asks Police that now will they set Preesha free from the jail? Police say that they can’t do this right now because she is the prime suspect. After this, Rudra tells Armaan that Digvijay has done all this but still he can’t do anything when Police is taking her to jail.
He says that he always trusted her and ask him what’s wrong if he hugs her. He says that even if God would have been told him that Preesha has done this murder then also he doesn’t doubt Preesha. Armaan says that no one understands what I’m feeling right now because I have lost my whole family. Then Rudra goes to jail to meet Preesha, he tells her everything. Preesha says thanks for standing by her side. She says that when everyone accuses her of Devika’s murder she got scared. Rudra says that she don’t need to worry.
He promises her that he will get her out of the jail. Then Preesha cries and hugs him. Rudra is happy. When he goes back to his house he tells Sulochana and Sharada that Preesha hasn’t done anything and Digvijay is responsible for Devika’s death. He says for the first time in 6 months he is feeling happy and relieved because Preesha hugs him by her heart. He asks Sharada to make kheer for her and he will give it to her tomorrow. Sulochana asks him to don’t make hopes in his mind because after returning from jail she will go back to Armaan, her husband.
She says that Preesha can’t lose Anvi after Saransh. Later, Sulochana goes to meet Preesha in jail. She asks her to stay away from Rudra. She asks her that why she is giving him false hopes by hugging him. She tells her that Rudra started hoping that she will get back to him after coming back from jail. She tells Preesha that she only cares about money so obviously, she will go to Armaan. She tells Preesha that she knows very well she can go to any extent to save her child.
