Today’s episode begins with Shyam Hari Mittal expressing that a great injustice has happened to his daughter. A peon enters with coffee, but Shyam angrily asks why he came inside when he had clearly been told not to. Armaan explains that the peon was only doing his job.
Shyam reveals that his daughter is unwell and he had asked the peon to send a doctor home, yet he is still roaming around. Shyam gives the peon some cash and asks him to leave.
Armaan is impressed to see how, despite being troubled for his daughter, Mittal still cares so deeply for his staff. Mittal tells him that his staff is not just staff, they are like family. People believe every rich man is cruel and every rich man’s child is spoiled, but that is not true. He then hands Armaan a cheque and requests him to ensure justice for his daughter. Armaan says before taking the case, he wants to meet Meher and understand what really happened.
Shyam takes Armaan to Meher’s room, where she is sitting alone, scared, and in the darkness. As soon as she sees Armaan, she screams in fear.
Meanwhile, Maira is excited to see Christmas decorations, while Abhira worries about Armaan. Tanya calls Abhira, asking whether Armaan has gone to meet Meher Mittal regarding the case, revealing that this is a major high-profile case involving a murder accusation against Meher. Abhira is shocked as she recognizes Meher as the same woman who was nominated with her for the Women Achiever Award.
As Armaan walks toward Meher, his leg gets caught in a wire, and he falls. Seeing Meher’s broken state, he feels emotional. Abhira calls him repeatedly, but he ignores the call.
Maira complains that Abhira is always busy on the phone and doesn’t spend enough time with her. Abhira assures her that she is the most important person to her. Just then, a girl named Vani begs the shopkeeper for a Christmas tree, believing Santa will return her father if she has one.
Maira argues that the tree belongs to her, but Abhira gently asks Vani about her father. Vani’s mother arrives and emotionally says she cannot afford toys or a tree due to their condition. Abhira gifts the Christmas tree to Vani from her side and convinces Maira to choose another one. Vani leaves happily.
Armaan sits with Meher and asks her to share what truly happened. Meher trembles and says she didn’t want to kill him, but he died because of her. Armaan explains that recalling the incident is painful, but if she wants his help, she must tell everything in detail.
Meher reveals that the man worked as their driver for five years, and she helped with his daughter’s education like a family member. But when he found her alone, he tried to assault her. She begged him, cried, pleaded, but he didn’t stop. She only wanted to escape and save her life. In panic, she picked whatever she found nearby and hit him, and he died.
Elsewhere, a shopkeeper comments harshly that rich girls kill poor men and escape punishment by bribing lawyers. Hearing this, Abhira gets angry.
Meher breaks down, begging Armaan to help her, saying she is innocent. Remembering Kaveri’s condition, Armaan decides to take Meher’s case and informs Shyam that he is ready to fight for her.
While returning home, some men misbehave with Abhira and Maira. Abhira immediately asks Maira to lock the car. When they cross the limit, Abhira slaps them and beats them fiercely. When one of them tries to attack, Maira Abhira shields her and fights back. Terrified, the goons apologize.
Abhira questions them, asking why they remember respect only when women fight back. Maira hugs Abhira tightly. Abhira teaches her that when such people try to scare her, she should never be afraid. And if she is ever alone, she must run to any auntie nearby because a woman always helps another woman. She assures Maira that she will always be with her, so nothing will ever happen.
Abhira and Maira return home and are surprised to see Christmas decorations in the Poddar house. Abhira asks if the celebration was supposed to happen at the Goenka house.
Kiara and Abhir bring Kaveri and say that if Kaveri is here, her blessings should also be here. Kiara emotionally says that no one informed Abhira about their troubles because they didn’t want to burden her during pregnancy. Abhira says happiness returned to Kiara’s life after a long time, and they didn’t want to disturb her peace. Surekha says family exists to share both happiness and sorrow. Abhir reveals that this must be Abhira’s idea; she always wants to protect everyone from pain. Abhira asks how they found out the truth. Kiara reveals that Manisha never wears artificial jewellery. Abhira’s fake smile and the family not turning up for rituals made them suspicious, and they eventually learned everything.
Kiara then gives Abhira her jewellery and savings for the Poddar firm and the baby. Though Abhira refuses, Kiara insists. Finally, Abhira accepts. The entire family gets emotional.
Precap: The Poddar family celebrates Christmas. Abhira becomes Santa and distributes gifts. Meanwhile, Armaan grows restless as he struggles to get an early hearing date and vows he must win the case at any cost.
