In the beginning of the episode, Kairav asks Akshu why she kept quiet, he says to Akshu to tell what she feels for Abhimanyu to solve everything. Kairav says to Akshu that to think once about what she wants to do as it’s about her whole life. Akshu says she has made her mind up. Akshu tries to change everyone’s mood during Diwali. Kairav says to Arohi to change her mood today. Akshu calls Abhimanyu and says she wants to meet him and he says he also wants to meet her. She says to herself that she has made the decision of what she wants to do. As Akshu goes to her car to drive and meet Abhimanyu. Arohi goes to her room and a lamp falls on her.
The family gets in Arohi’s room and sees Arohi fainted. Kairav asks Vansh to cover her wrist with the cloth. Kairav in the car with injured Arohi says the nearest hospital is Birla’s. Abhimanyu waits for Akshu in the park. Akshu in her car sees Abhimanyu and thinks to herself that she needs to talk to him. Akshu sees Arohi in the car being taken to the hospital and goes behind her. She holds her hand while Arohi is taken inside the hospital.
The hospital staff asks the family to fill the form as they cannot proceed further without knowing Arohi’s medical history. While Abhimanyu waits for Akshu in the park and says to himself that he should call her and then thinks she might be driving the car. While Arohi is taken to the ward she forwards her hand towards Akshu who holds it and tells her nothing wrong is going to happen and asks her to remain conscious.
The doctor goes inside the ward and the family worries outside the ward. The nurse comes outside and tells everyone that they have removed the glass particles they could see and to remove the glass gone inside they have called an expert. Abhimanyu arrives and walks past them to enter the hospital. Kairav stops him, Abhimanyu says he doesn’t want to talk about anything personal here. Abhimanyu then says to them to remember one thing that he personally came to operate Arohi as she is Akshu’s sister. Birla arrives at the hospital and they have an argument with the Goenka’s. Abhimanyu comes outside and scolds them and says he needs to focus and if they make noise he’ll throw everyone outside the hospital.
Upcoming- Akshu thanks Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says to her she doesn’t need to thank him as he passionately does his duty and love. Harshwardhan in the house says to Abhimanyu to once bring Akshu to their house and make her say that she loves him. Abhimanyu says he doesn’t need to prove anything but he’ll bring her.
