The episode starts with Anupama asking Anuj if he remembers when he was coming to meet her from the US, and she was going to Mumbai to meet him, but he suddenly called and said he wouldn’t come. She says she searched for him a lot and asks what happened, how he ended up in this condition, and when he returned to India. She desperately asks him where their Choti is. Anuj recalls Aadhya breaking up with him and then having an accident. He is rushed to the hospital. Ankush asks the doctor about Anuj’s condition. The doctor says Anuj had a major accident, survived, but suffered significant internal blood loss, and they can’t say anything yet; they need to pray to God.
Later, Anuj asks Barkha about Aadhya. Barkha says the US police are looking for her and assures him she will return. Days pass by. Ankush tells Anuj not to worry about the business and that he will handle it. Anuj says he is worried about Aadhya. Ankush tells him they don’t know about Aadhya and asks him to sign a project file. Anuj, missing Aadhya, signs it. He constantly asks for news about her. Barkha and Ankush come with news from the police that they found Aadhya’s bag near a valley and a dead body. Anuj refuses to believe it. Ankush tells him that Aadhya is no more, and Anuj is shattered.
In the present, Anuj tells Anupama that Aadhya has gone very far. Anupama, misunderstanding, asks if Aadhya went abroad. Anuj, crying, says she left him. Anupama insists on knowing where their Choti is, whether she got angry and left. Anuj says Aadhya went to God. Anupama is shocked and refuses to believe it, saying even if God says so, she won’t believe it. She assures Anuj that Choti is alive and will return. Anuj gets emotional and happy, calling for Aadhya. Anupama tells him he must get well first to search for her. Anuj asks what happened to him. Anupama says he needs strength to search for their daughter and assures him they will find her and stay together. Anuj agrees, but then he suddenly asks what she is doing there and tells her to go away. Anupama refuses, saying she can’t lose him and will bring both Anuj and Aadhya back.
Meanwhile, Vanraj visits a builder, Virani. Virani, valuing his time, gives Vanraj two minutes to speak. Vanraj says his time is also important and promises to take just one minute. He explains he has been running a construction company for six months. Virani, having investigated him, asks why he should partner with Vanraj. Vanraj assures him that the hard work and time will be his, but they both will get credit for the work. Virani initially refuses to work with him, but Vanraj confidently promises to bring a big deal soon and leaves, thinking he knows about a significant opportunity.
Elsewhere, Indra sees Bala talking to a photo and asks about it. Bala shares his love story about Kanchan, whom he couldn’t marry due to responsibilities, and she eventually left the city. Indra wishes that God would unite Anuj and Anupama. She also hopes Bala meets Kanchan again, then leaves. Bala, thinking of Kanchan, reflects on his love for Indra because she reminds him of Kanchan.
Baa stands outside complaining to Kinjal about low water pressure due to a pipe leakage. She calls Sagar to fix it. He says he isn’t a plumber and only does small tasks at the Ashram. Baa insists that the common pipe needs repair and that he should handle it. Anupama arrives and greets Baa, mentioning that Babuji called and is fine. Baa grumbles about getting news from an outsider, and Anupama suggests turning on her phone to get updates directly. Baa excuses herself, saying her phone might have run out of battery, and mentions Meenu might be calling. Anupama gets excited hearing Meenu is coming and learns she has completed her MBBS from Russia. Baa, however, tells Anupama not to meet Meenu. Anupama stands firm, saying Meenu is like a daughter to her and she raised her. Baa threatens to cause a scene if Anupama meets Meenu. Anupama jokes that Baa, with her knee pain, shouldn’t be thinking of making a scene. She agrees not to seek Meenu out but won’t stop Meenu if she comes to her.
Coffee is brought to Anupama, and she muses that someone knows her heart is heavy. She is confident that her Choti is fine, trusts Kanha ji, and believes her child will return to her and Anuj. Anupama worries whether Meenu, Dolly and Sanjay’s daughter, will still have the same love for her and if she will come to meet her.
