Anupama 29 July Episode begins with Meenu expressing her deep affection for Anupama, telling everyone at Asha Bhavan how much she missed her. Meenu praises Anupama, explaining that she isn’t just her aunt but like a mother to her. She reminisces about her childhood, sharing how Anupama cared for her despite having three children of her own. She recalls playful memories of pretending to be a doctor and treating Anupama as a patient. Anupama fondly recounts how Meenu would playfully ask her to cough and even pretend to operate on her using a spoon.
Bala mentions that Sagar has gone to pick up Meenakshi Thakkar. When Anupama asks where Meenakshi is, Sagar explains that he brought someone named Meenakshi but it turned out to be the wrong person. Indra suggests that perhaps it was divine intervention that brought Meenu to Anupama instead. Meenu agrees, believing that everything happens as per God’s plan. Anupama receives a call from Meenakshi, who informs her that she missed her flight and can’t come. Meenu then requests Anupama to perform her aarti as a welcome. Despite Anupama’s reluctance, Meenu insists.
As Anupama starts performing the aarti, Vanraj arrives and angrily knocks the plate out of her hands. He berates Anupama, accusing her of being shameless and forgetting their boundaries. He demands that Meenu should have been sent directly to their house where Baa has been waiting for her. He accuses Sagar and Anupama of conspiring against him. Anupama defends herself, explaining that she hasn’t seen Meenu in years, so there was no way Sagar could have known about their connection. Vanraj angrily warns her to stay away from his family and threatens to destroy Asha Bhavan if she tries to form any relationship with them.
Meenu apologizes to Baa, explaining that she ran to Anupama as soon as she saw her, not intending to hurt anyone. Vanraj then suggests they go inside to talk. Pakhi asks Meenu to join them, and Meenu, looking at Anupama, reluctantly agrees. Vanraj returns to the ashram, pays the auto driver, and asks him to leave the stuff outside. Anupama apologizes to Sagar, who graciously accepts the fare and leaves with a smile.
At home, Meenu seeks Baa’s blessings and apologizes to Vanraj for any hurt caused. She reconnects with Toshu, Pakhi, Kinjal, and the rest of the family, reminiscing about old times and expressing her admiration for them. She gifts the kids and promises to play with them later. Despite her apologies, Vanraj sternly warns her to stay away from Anupama, referring to her side of the family as the enemy.
Meanwhile, at the ashram, the residents discuss Vanraj’s arrogance and the reasons for Babu ji leaving home. Sagar demonstrates some dance moves he learned from Titu, and Bala jokingly asks him to teach him too. Nandita and Indra have a light-hearted argument about Bala’s age.
Back at Vanraj’s house, Meenu discusses her future and the prospect of marriage with Kinjal. Kinjal warns her to stay away from Anupama to avoid Vanraj’s wrath. Meenu insists she won’t break her bond with Anupama. Kinjal informs Meenu that Baa is planning her marriage, but Meenu dreams of a partner who will be her friend first.
Sagar finds Meenu’s stethoscope and wonders if it’s hers, while Meenu searches for it. At the ashram, Nandita struggles to calm a crying baby. Indra advises her to put the baby in the cradle, but Nandita refuses. Anuj intervenes, successfully calming the baby, and criticizes Nandita for not being able to soothe her child. He tearfully calls out for Aadhya, expressing his anguish. Anupama arrives and witnesses Anuj’s emotional breakdown.
