Anupama Confronts Ankush and Barkha
Anupama arrives at Ankush and Barkha’s party, apologizing for the interruption. Ankush explains they are celebrating a big order and Barkha adds they party from sundown to sunrise. Anupama mentions she tried calling them but their phones were off. Despite their party mood, she insists on discussing Anuj. Barkha and Ankush, visibly drunk, go to freshen up. Anupama encounters Mr. Mehta, an old employee of Anuj, who reveals that Anuj transferred all his business and assets to Ankush and Barkha. Anupama is shocked and learns from Mr. Mehta that Anuj allegedly went to the US to handle business there. When Ankush and Barkha return, they fabricate a story about Anuj’s accident and their efforts to care for him. Anupama suspects they are lying as their stories contradict earlier claims. She decides to leave, intent on uncovering the truth behind their deceit.
Anuj’s Delusion and the Confrontation with the Shah Family
Anuj, wandering with Bala, becomes fixated on a girl named Ishu, mistaking her for his daughter Aadhya. In a delusional state, he hugs Ishu, frightening her and alarming the Shah family. Vanraj, Toshu, and others intervene, leading to a physical altercation where Vanraj hits Anuj. Anupama arrives and defends Anuj, reminding Vanraj of the favors Anuj has done for their family. She insists Anuj needs love, not confinement, and reassures him that Aadhya is alive. Anuj, however, is consumed with grief, blaming Anupama for Aadhya’s death. He confesses that his obsession with Anupama led him to neglect Aadhya, resulting in her tragic demise. Anupama, devastated, vows to continue searching for Aadhya despite Anuj’s belief that she is dead.
