Anupama 31 July episode starts- Anupama is crying and thinking, “Where are you, Choti? I know you would never leave this world, even if you leave home. Please come back, Aadhya.” Meanwhile, Aadhya’s friend asks if she will go home for the holidays. Aadhya replies sadly, “I have nobody. My parents are dead.” Anuj tells Anupama to go. Kinjal goes to Mahi and gives her Kavya’s call. Mahi says she is fine and that Kinjal takes good care of her. Mahi tells Kavya she misses her and wants to sleep on her lap. After the call, Mahi feels sad. Meenu comes to Mahi and asks why she is crying. Meenu says she also misses her mom but doesn’t cry like that because she still has her dad. Mahi asks what Meenu does when she misses her mom. Meenu says she gets sad for a while but then makes her sadness go away. When Mahi asks how, Meenu starts dancing with the kids to cheer them up.
Anupama’s Phone Call:
Anupama calls Yashdeep and tells him they haven’t found Aadhya yet. She asks him to check on his business and search for Aadhya. She mentions she tried calling Shruti, but her phone is off. She says she’s contacted everyone and assures him that once they find Aadhya, everything will be okay, and they will visit him. Bala mentions to Indra that he has asked a friend to sell his Bangalore property. Indra points out that his family has taken everything from him. Bala states that he will stay at Asha Bhavan till he dies but won’t compromise on his shampoo and hair oil. Indra worries about Anupama’s many problems and thinks about selling kidney beans to help. Bala stops her, saying if she wants to give something, she should give her heart, not her kidney.
More Phone Calls and a Bathroom Incident:
Anupama gets Ankush and Barkha’s numbers from Yashdeep and thanks him. She wonders why they lied about Anuj being fine and Aadhya being at a hotel. Meanwhile, Meenu goes to take a bath. Sagar climbs up to repair the pipe, and Meenu screams upon seeing him. Pakhi accuses Sagar of peeping. She calls Vanraj and claims Sagar tried to watch Meenu. Meenu tries to explain it wasn’t like that, but Pakhi insists guys like Sagar make videos of girls. Toshu gets angry, and Vanraj starts beating Sagar. Kinjal defends Sagar, saying he isn’t a bad guy, and Meenu says he was just repairing the pipe. Dimpy questions why he was fixing their pipe. Despite the explanations, Vanraj continues to beat Sagar, and the situation escalates.
Accusations and Defense:
Anupama intervenes, trying to stop Vanraj. Sagar swears he didn’t do anything wrong. Vanraj insists Sagar committed a sin. Anupama asks if Vanraj saw anything himself. Baa argues that she only asked Sagar to repair the pipe, not peep inside the bathroom. Vanraj continues to accuse Sagar, and Pakhi mocks him for being an orphan. Sagar swears on Anupama’s name that he is innocent. Anupama asks Vanraj to let her speak with Sagar. Sagar explains he was only fixing the pipe and has never looked at any girl inappropriately. Toshu insults Sagar further. Anupama tries to reason with them, saying being a feminist doesn’t mean falsely accusing men.
The Aftermath:
Vanraj decides to file a complaint. Meenu protests, explaining it was just a misunderstanding. Vanraj declares they can’t stay at Asha Bhavan, calling it a garbage ground. Anupama defends the shelter, saying it’s a home for those who lost their own. Pakhi accuses Anupama of hating her. As they leave, Anupama brings Sagar inside and slaps him, asking why he went to help and if he is a plumber. She expresses her frustration, saying she can’t handle more problems and that Sagar is her only hope and backbone. She hugs him, crying about losing her son and feeling like she has no other son. Anuj arrives, seeing the emotional scene.
