Scene 1: Anupama’s Regret
Indra asks Anu if she feels bad. Anupama replies, saying she feels bad for Anuj, who has been in immense pain for six months. She admits that Anuj was right; if he hadn’t tried to come that day, Aadhya would still be with him. She calls herself a selfish mother, explaining that she hoped staying with Anuj would help her win her daughter’s heart and drown her hatred in love. Anupama laments that if she had known the consequences, she would have stayed away. She recounts how happy Anuj was when he was coming to India to meet her, and how everything changed because of her. Bala informs her that Aadhya is no longer in this world, but Anupama insists she knows her daughter is alive and hidden. Indra advises Anupama to handle Anuj, even if he hates her, and asks her to leave. Anupama vows to care for Anuj, bring Aadhya back, and confront Vanraj Shah. She suspects Ankush and Barkha are hiding something and resolves to uncover the truth. Nandita asks her to take care and leaves.
Scene 2: Meenu’s First Day
Meenu comes home and collides with Vanraj, who asks about her first day. Meenu says her teacher was impressed, though some seniors attempted to rag her. Vanraj reassures her, stating ragging is illegal and offering to speak to her HOD. Meenu explains that she wasn’t ragged because Sagar and others were there, which makes Vanraj suspicious.
Scene 3: Anupama’s Suspicions
Anupama discusses Ankush and Barkha’s deceit with Nandita. She notes their happiness and partying, despite claiming they filed a missing person report for Anuj. Anupama realizes they lied about searching for Anuj and Aadhya and vows to uncover the truth and unleash her fury. Meanwhile, at Ankush and Barkha’s house, a window curtain catches fire. Ankush takes it as a sign of Anupama’s potential wrath. Barkha dismisses his concerns, urging him to focus on their accomplishments. Ankush suggests they review their lies to avoid suspicion.
Scene 4: Vanraj’s Concerns
Vanraj, convinced Sagar saved Meenu from ragging, questions Toshu about not following her. Toshu defends himself, citing his hospital visit. Vanraj criticizes him, noting Sagar’s timely intervention and instructing Toshu to keep an eye on Meenu. Kinjal arrives, requesting Vanraj’s help with Meenu’s shopping and pani puri craving. Vanraj suggests online shopping, but Meenu prefers trying shoes on first. Toshu offers to accompany them, but Kinjal declines. Vanraj insists Toshu go as a brother or he’ll send a driver. Toshu reluctantly agrees, and Vanraj laments his children’s lack of responsibility.
Scene 5: Family Bonding
Kinjal dances and shares that Tapish bhai taught her new steps. Bala teases her, and Sagar distributes gifts, including a flower for Anupama, which he got from the temple. Nandita announces she’ll work from home to support her daughter Asha. Anupama encourages her, emphasizing the importance of self-fulfillment. Nandita expresses gratitude. Indra jokingly asks for help, and Sagar volunteers Bala. Anupama reflects on Barkha’s lies, and when questioned, reveals they need to increase catering orders. She laments her injured leg, which prevents her from teaching dance, but offers to focus on cooking. The family offers support, though Sagar is distracted by thoughts of Meenu.
Scene 6: Meenu and Kinjal’s Outing
Meenu and Kinjal enjoy pani puri and discuss the Radha Krishna temple, where Mummy found Anuj. Kinjal shares stories of Anuj and Anupama’s love, known as the Maan love story, which Meenu heard from her parents more often than fairytales.
Scene 7: Devika’s Despair
Devika sees Anuj’s condition and cries. Anupama arrives, and Devika weeps openly. Anupama tells her that both she and Anuj need her help desperately.
