In the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi goes to her room and Bani and Shalu follow her. She says to her sister’s that all her identity was a lie. She thought that she was Rishi’s wife and Oberoi family’s daughter-in-law, but it was all a lie. Lakshmi cries and says she feels her life has no purpose and she should not live. Shalu covers Lakshmi’s mouth and says to her to not say such stupid things. Both Shalu and Bani scold her and what they have done without her. Lakshmi apologizes to them and hugs them. Shalu says to Lakshmi that life has given a little pain to her but she has fought through it all, and she will continue to do it.
Neelam and Karishma return to the hospital. Karishma says to Neelam that she thinks that she should once talk to Lakshmi. Neelam says to her didn’t she hear what Lakshmi told them before asking them to leave. Karishma says that this kind of girls play such tactics to get more money. Neelam says that she thought that Lakshmi would not make them beg and easily say yes. She then says to her that’s he doesn’t want to hear Lakshmi name anymore.
Neelam comes near the ward and says to Virendra that Lakshmi refused come with her and she isn’t tge perfect person they thought she was. Virendra says to her that Lakshmi didn’t come because she went to buy her, and any self-respecting person wouldn’t have accepted her money. Neelam says to everyone that he is still taking Lakshmi’s side. She says to Virendra that she thought to give Lakshmi money so that it could help her family.
Neelam brings Malishka in front of Virendra and says to her that Rishi’s choice is Malishka and he loves her, she says that she will get Malishka married to Rishi. She says once Malishka gets married to Rishi every connection that Lakshmi has with their family will also end and she will no longer be part of their lives.
Rishi has flashbacks of him and Lakshmi and then separating and gets short of breath. The nurse sees Rishi struggle to breathe and comes out of the ward screaming for the doctor to come as Rishi’s health is getting worse, the family gets shocked. The doctors rush to Rishi’s ward and check Rishi. He comes out and says to the family that he can no longer give hope.
Rishi’s grandmother says to the doctor then wake him up as it is his job, and if he can’t bring a senior doctor. He says he is a doctor and not God and now the next hour is very important. If Rishi doesn’t gain consciousness then they will have to put him on a ventilator. Malishka says to her mother she is very happy that now Neelam is also against Lakshmi, but at the same time she is worried about Rishi.
