In the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi has a nightmare about Rishi and she gets anxious. At the hospital, Malishka says that she is happy to know that Lakshmi doesn’t love Rishi and she won’t come for him. Lakshmi arrives at the hospital. Everyone in the family prays to God. The nurse comes and Neelam asks her how Rishi is doing, she says to her she is going to check him again as he has to gain consciousness in the next hour or he has to be put on a ventilator.
Virendra makes Neelam sit beside him. She says to him that in her whole life she has never asked anything from anyone, and for the first time she did it was for her son in front of Lakshmi. She says to him he has no understanding as she was the one who begged in front of Lakshmi and she turned her down. He says to her that he was very proud of Lakshmi that she didn’t come, as she kept her self respect intact by doing that.
She says to him that he has nowadays become more of Lakshmi’s father than her husband. She says to him but she is making it clear that she won’t let Lakshmi see Rishi. Lakshmi overhears their conversation from the corner, and when a curtain passes through she hides behind it and enters Rishi’s ward. Neelam gets ill and everyone gets busy with her.
The nurse asks Lakshmi who she is, she tells her that she is Rishi’s wife. The nurse says tk her that for Rishi to wake up is very important and leaves. Lakshmi asks Rishi if he heard the nurse. She sits beside him and says to him that she was right when she said that he only caused her pain. She says to him by not waking up right now he is causing her a lot of pain. She says to him to wake up.
Lakshmi says to Rishi she wants him to ask her why she told the nurse she is his wife when she tells him that there is no relation between them now. She says to him that if it is true that he hurts her it is also true that she still loves him and always will. She holds his hand and feels a current, Rishi’s hand moves and opens his eyes. Meanwhile, the doctor tells Neelam to be careful as she is under too much stress. Neelam says how can she not be as her son is not well. Malishka says she is going to Rishi’s ward as he loves her and will wake for her.
The nurse tells Lakshmi that he only responded to her. She hears Malishka come and escapes from the room. Malishka says to Rishi to open his eyes and he does, the doctor asks her to go and call her family. Malishka runs to the ward where everyone is with Neelam and tells that Rishi has gained consciousness, everyone gets happy.
