In the beginning of the episode, Rishi rashly drives and Malishka says to him to stop so that he can drive instead. He gets out of the car and starts running away, Malishka asks Ayush to get in the car and follow Rishi. She asks him why Rishi is behaving like this, he says to her that even if they get to Rishi he will ask them to leave him alone. Meanwhile Virendra and his mother worry about Rishi and call him, they ring Ayush. He picks the call Virendra says to Ayush to keep Malishka away so that Rishi doesn’t get all his anger on her. Malishka says that Rishi wouldn’t get angry at her as Lakshmi told him that she was the one who signed the papers and now they have also got the court date of tomorrow. Virendra and his mother get disappointed.
Ayush drops Malishka at her house and says to him that she knows that she isn’t his favorite but she will change that soon. She comes to her room and looks at the divorce papers and gets very happy, her mother comes and says that she is seeing her happy after so long. Malishka says that she knows that she took a wrong path to get Rishi by lying about the Markesh Dosh, but she had no choice as Lakshmi wouldn’t have left if the pandit didn’t lie. She says to her mother that she will make everyone forget Lakshmi and make Rishi her’s again.
Lakshmi in the kitchen looks lost, Shalu hugs her and says not to worry as God will look after them. Lakshmi says that she is a little nervous as she thought she would get a chance to speak to Rishi and signed the papers and now she got a text from Malishka saying that the hearing is tomorrow at 11am. She says to Shalu that she only knows one thing that her beliefs are going to get tested and she has to stand strong.
Lakshmi and her family arrive in the auto to the court. Virendra and Ayush arrive next and they ignore her and move, she calls him but he says that she is getting what she wants. Bani asks Lakshmi to not go inside and speak to Rishi outside only to solve things. Neelam comes from behind and says to her that she is happy that she signed the papers. Rishi comes and she asks him, he asks her to stop and not talk to him.
In the court the judge cows and asks the lawyer to call Rishi. She asks Rishi why he wants divorce, he says that he and Lakshmi aren’t compatible and he wants to move on. The judge then calls Lakshmi, she says she is giving divorce because Rishi always goes back to Malishka. He says that Lakshmi has never asked him not to leave, she says that she got married to him and that means she has right over him and not Malishka. Rishi says that he wants to get divorce as Lakshmi got married tk him for money. Lakshmi prays to god to make things right as they are not going as planned.
