The current story of Kartik and Sirat after Naira Death whose face resembles Naira. Kartik helps Sirat get married to Ranveer. After marriage, Sirat realizes that she is not in love with Ranveer but with Kartik. Sirat when Ranveer was unconscious tells him that she is not in love with him, her confession gets recorded on Ranveer’s phone. Ranveer’s health starts worsening and Sirat out of guilt doesn’t leave him. Sirat starts behaving awkwardly with Kartik. While Narendranath finds about Sirat’s feelings towards Kartik and swears to separate her from Ranveer, he thinks to himself that even if he tells Ranveer that Sirat’s cheating on him he wouldn’t believe him.

While Ranveer and Sirat attend Manish and Suvarna’s anniversary. He notices blood in his cough. Ranveer also sees Sirat’s behavior change around Kartik. After the celebration got over and they reached back their home, Ranveer heard the recording of Sirat’s confession. He got furious at Sirat and drove her to Kartik’s house to tell him the truth. They get into an accident, Sirat and Kartik save him. He decides to give Sirat a second chance. Ranveer’s medical reports come and it’s discovered that he is poisoned from the bullet.

Ranveer decides to set up Sirat with Kartik before he dies so that someone is around to care for her and Maudi. He tells Kartik that Sirat is in love with him and he is going to die, Kartik tells him he will look after Sirat but he cannot marry her. Ranveer on his death bed, gives Sirat’s hand to Kartik. Narendranath after Ranveer’s death frames Sirat for his murder and rumors of Kartik to be her lover. Kartik gets her bailed from jail when Maudi dies.

Sirat decides to leave the city and go to Dalhousie to start fresh. Kartik comes to know that she has not appeared on her court dates and goes to Dalhousie to bring her. Kartik and Sirat pretend to be married when Manish refuses to let Sirat enter the house. Kartik and Sirat trick Narendranath to confess his evil intentions of putting Sirat in jail for the murder of Ranveer while he was the one whose bullet poisoned him.

Kartik confesses his love for Sirat and they decide to get married. Kairav and his family welcome Sirat to the family. Manish, Surekha compare her to Naira and create doubts in her mind. Sirat tries to be like Naira to impress the family.
