In the beginning of the episode, In the morning Ninad asks Virat if he’s going to work. Virat says he just woke up early, Ninad says to him that it’s good as they will have a chance ti spend time together. Ninad suggests that they go for coffee outside to a cafe, Virat gets shocked and Ninad jokes that he can not all his life only drink tea. As they leave, Sai sees them from the balcony. They arrive at the café, Ninad and Virat see the menu to make order. Meanwhile, Pakhi arrives at the same cafe. She sees Virat there and hides as she thinks he will judge her seeing her dressed so nicely. While, Ninad asks Virat if there is some problem between him and Sai, Pakhi thinks to eavesdrop.
Sai at the hospital checks on a child and asks him not to trouble his Mother. The kid says that he has a stomach ache, Sai says to him that he has to avoid junk food and gives him medicines. A nurse comes to Sai and tell her that the newborns mother hasn’t gained consciousness and the baby is hungry, so the family is asking if they can give the baby formula milk. Sai says for the baby’s health it’s important they drink mother’s milk. The baby’s grandmother says that the baby is crying, Sai sends the nurse to check if the mother has gained consciousness or not. Sai gets affectionate and takes the crying baby from it’s grandmother, and carry it. The baby stops crying, and the nurse informs the mother has gained consciousness. The grandmother while taking the baby blesses Sai and says she will a good mother some day.
Ninad says he can see there is some problem between them. Ninad says to Virat that he has to talk to someone, as it will hurt him more. Virat asks him if Sai said somethingto him, Ninad says that parents don’t need their kids to tell them that they are struggling, they can see that. Virat says to him that he is unable to talk to Sai about anything, he is not even able to look at her as it reminds him of the baby. Ninad asks him if he is in any way blaming Sai for the loss of the child, Virat says that’s not the case he just gets reminded of the baby. Pakhi hears them and thinks to herself that the loss of the child is making Sai and Virat distanced.
Sai cries after the grandmother leaves, the nurse consoles Sai and asks her to change to some other ward from the pediatric ward. She says she is a doctor and has sworn to treat her patients, she can’t let her personal life affect her professional life. She says she can’t be a mother, but she has the power to help the other mothers. Meanwhile, a girl comes to Virat and gets emotional seeing her. The girl asks Virat for the umbrella start and Virat gives it to her and it brings a smile on his face.
Ninad asks him to think of adoption, Virat says that Sai suggested adoption or surrogacy too. Virat says but he refused as he wanted the child to have his and Sai’s characteristics, and wanted to spend the 9 months with Sai. Ninad asks Virat what he thinks Sai is going through, he says he has seen her being strong and it hurts him that he is not able to talk to her. Ninad says to Virat to move on and think of the options Sai gave him and talk to her, as life isn’t easy but they have a chance. Virat leaves and Pakhi hides herself while Ninad pays the bill. Pakhi thinks to herself that Virat i’d getting distanced from Sai as she cannot get pregnant, and thinks that this is an opportunity for her to get Virat back. Rohan comes, and she thanks him for being late and leaves.
Pakhi comes home and tells Vaishali about the incident at the cafe. She says that she can now have Virat back in her life, Vaishali says husband and wife solve their problems. Vaishali says to Pakhi that what she is going to do is give Virat a baby, Pakhi gets happy. She says that she has an idea and will now do everything to get Virat for herself, and she will give Virat a child. Pakhi says and to do that she has to go back to Chavan’s house.
