At the beginning of the episode, Virat and Sai take part in BAPPA’s puja. Ninad tells Sai that he will play the harmonium for her. Sai asks where Bhawani is. Bhawani comes out with the rolling pin. Sai says if she wants to hit her with it. Ashwini tells Sai that Bhawani is making something special for her. Sonali asks Sai to believe it as she is the chief guest instead of BAPPA.
Sai asks Bhawani if she is actually cooking for her. Samrat says it is such a special day that Bhawani is making MODAK for her. Sai gets excited. Devi comes and is happy to see Sai fine. She tells her that she is helping Bhawani. Pakhi says she wishes even she gets into an accident to get much royal treatment. Sai says she does not need any accident for such treatment, as she gets royal treatment all the time.
Pakhi says Sai started speaking as soon as she is home and she was pretending to not speak in the hospital. Virat defends Sai and says she started speaking only yesterday. Samrat tells everyone to be quiet and smile.
Virat says Sai should rest a little. Ashwini says Sai will live in another room from today. Everyone is shocked. Ninad asks what she is saying. Bhawani says how she could think of such a thing. Ashwini says a mother always thinks of the best for her children. Pakhi asks Sai to come to this house as Virat’s wife and if she does not live with Virat then she has no right to live in the house. Karishma says Ashwini made Pakhi’s wish come true. Mohit tells her to first listen and then talk.
Ashwini says she has the answer to Pakhi’s question. She says Sai is not just Virat’s wife but her daughter too, so she can make some decisions for her. She says Virat and Sai are husband and wife and will always remain. Bhawani asks the reason for her decision. Ashwini says she has thought about what happened in the past few days and then took this decision. Devi says Virat and Sai must not stay apart. Ashwini says it is not an easy decision for her too and this is a bitter pill for their own sake.
Ashwini says their relationship is full of misunderstandings, which will just grow if they stay together. Ninad says it is strange to tear them apart, to keep them together. Ashwini reminds that Virat and Sai fight when they are together and when they go away their life gets in danger. Virat says he has spoken to Sai about it. Ashwini thinks she knows Sai came for Virat’s life.
Ashwini says it is best if they stay in separate rooms. Sonali says she has never seen such a mother-in-law, who arranges a new room for her daughter-in-law instead of scolding her for running away. Karishma says Sai is lucky to have Ashwini. Shivani tells Sonali that no one can scold Sai, as Sai’s husband is an IPS officer. Omkar says new precedents are set for Sai’s very day. Ashwini says the world changes every day and she has made this decision.
Bhawani says since when has she started making decisions for this family. Ashwini says that is Bhawani’s right but she also has the right to make decisions for her daughter. Ninad warns Ashwini that her decision could be the reason for breaking Virat and Sai’s relationship. Ashwini says just rituals do not make a marriage, but it gets stronger with challenges.
Ashwini says they never got a chance to live like a normal couple, so she wants to give them a second chance to start their relationship. She says their bond will never break if they allow them to live out of their own wish. Bhawani says she should have checked with her once. Ashwini says she took advice from an expert. Everyone gets confused.
