Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 30 july episode begins with Tara shouting at Savi to leave. Savi insists she will leave once Bhagyashree regains consciousness. The Thakkar family expresses concern for Bhagyashree. The watchman reports that he found Bhagyashree unconscious on the showroom floor, with the door locked and the lights off. Tara mentions that Bhagyashree has asthma and suffocates in closed spaces. Isha, worried, thinks to herself that she didn’t intend to harm Bhagyashree and hopes she recovers soon. Tara asks who locked the door from the outside. Aman claims he saw Isha near the storeroom. Rajat accuses Isha of locking Bhagyashree in the storeroom for revenge and threatens to punish her if anything happens to Bhagyashree. Savi defends her mother, stating that Isha wouldn’t harm anyone. Rajat insists Aman doesn’t lie, but Mrunmayi warns him to stop making accusations, saying Isha wouldn’t do anything wrong. Lucky sees an opportunity to discredit Aman in front of Mrunmayi and supports the Bhosales.
Isha tries to reveal the truth, but Savi stops her, insisting that she can’t be wrong. The argument continues until Raju urges everyone to stop fighting and focus on Bhagyashree. The family carries Bhagyashree to their flat. Isha confesses to Lucky that she locked the storeroom door from the outside because she wanted to confront Rajat about misusing Savi, but she didn’t mean to harm Bhagyashree. She plans to tell everyone the truth. Lucky, fearing that this will prove Aman right and restore Mrunmayi’s trust in him, advises her not to reveal the truth and sends her home with Mrunmayi.
At the Thakkar flat, the doctor treats Bhagyashree and advises the family to keep her stress-free. Tara worries about why Bhagyashree hasn’t woken up yet. Savi brings Sai in, and Bhagyashree wakes up upon hearing Sai’s voice. Sai advises Bhagyashree to take care of herself and take her medicines on time, which makes Bhagyashree happy. Savi then takes Sai back to Arsh’s house. The new nanny informs her that Ashika and Arsh went to Delhi and it’s unclear when they will return. She explains that Mrs. Pereira had an emergency, so she replaced her. Savi suspects that Ashika sent Sai away for her own benefit and doesn’t truly care for her. She tries to make Sai fall asleep with a story.
Bhagyashree’s condition stabilizes. Tara complains that the Bhosales always cause problems for them. Riddhi points out that despite the issues, the pooja was completed successfully and Sai attended it, suggesting they focus on the positive aspects. Bhagyashree asks Lucky to take prasad to Sai. Rajat volunteers to go as he has some work in that direction. Bhagyashree thinks to herself that she knows Rajat loves Sai and is eager to see her. Rajat visits Sai’s room, gets emotional seeing her toys, and reminisces about the quality time spent with her. He vows to get Sai back from Ashika.
Savi tries to make Sai sleep with stories. Ashika and Arsh return home and show off the designer shoes they bought for Sai. Arsh shows a pink frock, saying it’s Sai’s favorite color. Savi corrects him, saying Sai’s favorite color is purple, and confronts Ashika for leaving Sai alone to go to Delhi. Ashika explains she had a modeling assignment. Savi criticizes her for not making time for Sai like Rajat does. Ashika tries to play the emotional card, but Savi remains unconvinced. Ashika requests Savi to attend the court hearing regarding Sai’s custody the next day. Savi asserts that her presence won’t matter and refuses, despite Ashika’s attempts to convince her using emotional blackmail.
