Jhanak 28th July episode starts with the host introducing the Funky Boys from Mumbai, who perform on “Ek Mai Aur Ek Tu Hai.” The audience claps enthusiastically. Anjana informs everyone that Appu is missing. Tanuja asks if they checked Jhanak’s room. Arshi, confused, asks which room is Jhanak’s. Shubh clarifies that Jhanak doesn’t have her own room but was staying in one temporarily. Arshi comments that Jhanak has left, causing Anirudh to urge her not to overreact. Arshi accuses him of regretting Jhanak’s departure, but he denies it.
The host introduces the next performance from Bhavna and her group from Lucknow, who dance to “Ladke O Ladke… Ghagra.” After the performance, the host announces a short break. Meanwhile, Shaina remarks that Guruji has already declared Jhanak as the winner. Muskaan and Sakshi discuss ways to sabotage Jhanak. They decide to damage her costume. Muskaan suggests cutting the clothes or shoes, and Shaina elaborates on their plan.
Back at home, Tanuja tries to clarify her intentions, but Shubh tells her not to repeat her words. He informs Arshi that Jhanak was staying in the servant’s room. Arshi accuses Anirudh of being unable to forget Jhanak. Bipasha tries to dismiss Jhanak as a bad memory, but Anirudh defends her, asking what wrong Jhanak did to them. Arshi gets frustrated and leaves, refusing to eat. Anirudh pleads with her to eat, reminding her that he’s not eating his food either to feed her.
Meanwhile, Lalon tries to convince Appu to go back home, but she insists on praying to Mahadev. Lalon reluctantly agrees and asks Appu to follow him. She asks for chocolate, and he promises to get her one if she comes along. Appu expresses her loneliness and desire for someone to love and play with her. Lalon agrees to take her along.
