At the beginning of the episode, Shrikant tells Prithvi that the work is done. Prithvi smiles. Here Sameer, Janki, and Srishti wonder what is going on. Sameer asks Srishti to tell him what she thinks. While Srishti does not understand anything. SHe thought that Rajat was hiding the secret but Sonakshi was hiding the secret. Janki feels that Srishti knows everything but is hiding as she fears that it will bring a storm in Preeta’s life.
Next, they go downstairs and see that Mahesh and everyone else has come home. Karan asks them if the truth has come out. Rajat tells that Karan is the father of Sonakshi’s child. Karan is shocked. He denies it. Rajat asks him not to lie. He says that his life has been ruined because of him. Karan says that he does not need to cry Because wrong allegations are being leveled against him.
Karan goes to Preeta and asks her if he believes in her. She says yes. Karan then asks Sonakshi to tell the truth to everyone. Everyone tells Sonakshi that she should say something because Karan is being accused. Sonakshi shouts that she lied. She says that she does not tell this to anyone but since he is asking she wants to tell that Karan is the father of Sonakshi’s child.
Karan stands shocked. Srishti goes to Preeta and takes care of her. Sonakshi tells Karan that she hid all this as Karan is her best friend and Preeta is like her sister. She did not want to store her heart by telling this to everyone. She apologizes to Preeta for her past mistake. Karan asks her not to say so because nothing happened in the past. Sonakshi adds that she is not lying.
She reminds him that he drank a lot at a party when he was in college and then he had come to drop her at her house and made a mistake. She thought that she would hide this. But after a few months, she came to know that she was pregnant. She came to him to meet him in the hotel. But a girlfriend of Karan said that she is also going to be the mother of Karan’s child. She believed her lie and left from there.
She tells that her father wanted her to drop his child. But Sonakshi was not ready for this. Then she also came to know that Karan is going to get married. Sonakshi went to her aunt. Then she went to the hospital but her child did not survive. Sonakshi’s sister tells that Sonakshi was shattered. So Yashvardhan sent her to London and Sonakshi thought that she would not allow her life to be ruined because of her past. Karan looks on.
