At the beginning of the episode, Rakhi asks Doctor what happened to Mahesh. He is all good in the morning. Then only he notices Prithvi and gets angry. He falls to the ground. The family handles him. They give him water to drink. Mahira comes to them and looks shocked. Girish tells Janki that Mahesh has wakeup from the coma. She gets so happy. Sarla asks her what happened to you. She says asks Girish. She asks him then he tells her that Mahesh has wakeup. Sarala gets happy too.
She thinks to make sweets for them. Janki likes her idea. She goes in kitchen. Janki turns around and asks what happened. Why are you still standing there. Sarla says it would be better if Mahesh tells the truth to Luthra. Janki nods. There, Mahesh recalls how Mahira and Sherlyn tried to kill him. He gets frustrated and starts speaking strange things. The doctor says maybe it is a side effect of the medicine. They take Mahesh in the room. Police calls Karan and ask them to stay in their house only as he will come soon there. Karan call him crazy and hang up the call. Prithvi goes to meet brother. He asks him why he came here.

Prithvi says that I should have told you earlier about Mahesh but I got trapped in others stuff so forget to tell you. Pawan says no worry. He says to Pawan that soon he will take his revenge from Luthra. Pawan leaves from there. Sherlyn comes to Prithvi and notices tears in his eyes. She asks why are you crying.
He says nothing. Later Sherlyn says she saw Suresh with a man with that injection. She says maybe they are trying to find out that what kind of drug was that. She adds but you need not to worry, i will handle everything. Prithvi says we need to handle that police too. Sherlyn looks on. There Preeta and Kritika are also talking about police. Preeta and Prithvi tell Kritika and Sherlyn that there was a CCTV camera in the hotel and police will check it, and this will get them into danger. Kritika says that Preeta even hit Akshay and what if that thing only harmed him. Preeta looks on. Then they think to remove CCTV footage. Episode end.
