At the beginning of the episode, Virat tells Heer that she has to promise in front of the idol of God that she will not take any decision without asking him. He also asks Akshay to promise him. Akshay promises that he will not take any decision without asking Virat. Also, Heer is his friend, he will not do any such thing that can cause bitterness between them. The same angel slaps the eunuch because she wants to become a woman. She says God made her like this then she should not play with the law of nature.
Isha tells Angel that she has put a spark in the minds of these eunuchs and everyone is eager to become a woman. So if Heer has become a woman then all these will leave you and become a girl. Then what will happen to you? Angel says what do you want. Isha says I want you to ruin Heer so that I can live with Virat.
