At the beginning of the episode, Heer says that I need to go to my house. Sant says but we took you here for your safety, I do not thing that you should leave, as danger still lingers on you. Heer says but I really have important stuff to handle, so I need to go. Sant says fine then if you want to go then leave, but let me send a constable with you. Heer says okay. Heer says bye to everyone. She says to Isha that I am leaving.
Isha is busy in texting and doesn’t pay attention to Heer. Heer goes near to her and says Isha what are you doing, I am calling you while you’re busy in texting. Isha says my patients are still suffering from pain so I am a bit tensed. Heer says you need not to worry, God will help you. She says to Virat to take care of Isha, she looks kinda upset because of her patients. Virat nods in yes. Heer steps out of the house. She sits in the car. Isha goes behind her. She calls Angel and tells her to kill Heer. Angel says fine. Later goons come to Heer. They take her to Angel. Heer says so you did it all. Heer says Angel I will give you money please leave me. Isha is standing right next to the door. Heer notices the shadow of her and thinks to bring her in front of her eyes. So she says to Angel that I will give you 1crore if you leave me. Angel gets happy.
She says that a nice idea. She gives her the phone. Then says call Virat and asks him to come here with the money bag. Heer says okay. Isha gets angry about this. She comes in front of Angel and says how can you cheat on me. Heer stands shocked seeing her. Angel says Isha is such a fool, who made her mind doctor when she herself doesn’t carry a mind.
Angel turns to Heer and says I didn’t anything wrong, Isha was the one who asked to kill you, she gave me money for that, also she was the one who sends goons behind you. Heer yells at Isha saying how can you put me in danger. She adds that thank god Doctor Akshay told me about you. She recalls how Akshay caught Isha red-handed and then told her and Virat about her wrong deeds. Isha stands shocked.
