At the beginning of the episode, Preeto says to Angel that she is a bad human being who is selfish and care about herself only. She says to Angel that Veeran is in pain, he needs Dr. Angel to ask her to shut up. She then sits on the chair and starts counting money. Virat is trying to enter the Singh house.
