At the beginning of the episode, Heer wishes a happy new year to her viewer’s family and perform a dance with other kinnars. Next Parmeet calls Heer a bad omen saying she even ruined her daughter Simran’s life after her arrival. While Virat us buying some gifts for Heer to make her happy. Parmeet burns Heer’s stuff saying she is a kinnar and she can’t keep her stuff with them. Everyone gets shocked. Preeto tries to save Heer’s stuff while Rohan takes water to remove the fire. Preeto takes out Heer’s photo before it gets burn while Rohan splashes water on fire. Parmeet says only they can handle a kinnar but they can’t, they have a big name in society, people watch them with respect thus she didn’t create any mess, or else she can throw Heer out and create a drama in front of everyone.
Parmeet asks Simran to come along with her. Simran agrees. Ravi asks her don’t go. Simran says she feels bad living under one roof with a kinnar. Preeto says and this kinnar helped her when she was about to die. Simran says if yeah and that is why she feels like killing herself as she once took help from a kinnar. Rohan tries to stop her but Simran says she can’t give her whole life to a man who gets ready like a kinnar for his sister only. Parmeet says Rohan is still their son-in-law she feels good that he stands with his family but they can’t accept Heer and others and if he wants he can come along with them. Heer kneels down in front of Parmeet and asks her don’t separate the duo. While Parmeet ignores her and leaves. Later Virat arrives at Heer’s house. He notices sadness on everyone’s face and asks what happened. Preeto tells him the whole story. Virat looks on.
He goes to Heer and hears her cries. He says no one can remove Heer’s stuff from his home and that’s his promise. On the other side, Sant and daljeet notice Simran. They feel good seeing her. Parmeet tells Simran to throw those stuff which came from a kinnar’s house. She asks her to get ready they will go shopping to buy new stuff for her. Virat comes. He says they want to buy new things but can’t keep old stuff. Sant taunts him saying they can only keep the stuff of daughter-in-law but his wife is a kinnar. Virat is taken aback. He says if they again want to throw the things of Heer and throw his stuff with that also. There, Heer recalls Parmeet’s ill words for her. She cries a lot and thinks about why Soumya leave her here. She then imagines herself in the mirror who asks her to remove her chain.
