Precap: Gulab told the Sandhu family that when the kids don’t know each other, there is no point in this engagement, and in that case, I am officially cancelling this engagement
The Thursday episode of Tu Juliet Jatt Di started off with Gulab talking to the Sandhu family regarding cancelling the engagement. Gulab returned the ring to Heer. Heer’s father became extremely angry and was about to attack.
Heer’s dadi said we will call the panchayat, as this engagement took place in front of them. Heer’s father said we will definitely call them. Gulab said, Call whomsoever, but this engagement is cancelled now.
He said we have a lot of connections at the top level. Gulab said you cannot even think of the connections we, the Brar family, have. She said that if she wants, she can speak to the panchayat not to defame your family.
Gulab was about to leave as Heer came and was taking off the ring from her finger. Gulab said this isn’t needed, as this can compensate for the money you people put in the engagement ceremony.
Heer told her that sorry would have compensated for this thing, but that will not be said by you. She said she is happy that now I won’t need to stay in your gold’s cage, as I would have tolerance Nawab but not a toxic woman like you.

Nawab was unable to take it off as Heer told him not to cut the thread, as it could backfire. Nawab didn’t listen to that and cut it with a pair of scissors.
Heer became extremely happy and started eating with joy. She told her mother and sister that now she will complete her education, get a job, and a house. She said she will marry a man who will stay with them.
Pammi asked Heer to open her door as her father locked her inside. Heer said she thought Pammi is selfish, but you actually played with my life and didn’t speak the truth.
