Udne Ki Aasha 30 July episode starts with Sayali thanking the men for coming to the meeting. She shows them her designs, which they like. One man mentions that Sarvesh said she brought profits for him and asks how. Sayali explains her ideas of reusing the flowers. The man comments that making profits everywhere is not easy. Sayali asks them to give her a chance and shows the accounts she maintained. Impressed, they agree to recommend her to their clients, warning her not to spoil their reputation. One of the men leaves. Ajit questions why she called the meeting so soon. Sayali responds that she has realized rich people get respect without their character being questioned, while the poor have to fight for respect. Ajit expresses understanding and wishes her success.
Renu tells Tejas that she is going to Shakku’s and gives him the house keys. She asks about his interview, and Tejas says it didn’t go well. She expresses frustration, urging him to take responsibility, and mentions that Roshni might find out about his behavior. Tejas gets angry. Renu says she will show his horoscope to a fortune teller and tells him not to worry before leaving. Inside the house, Tejas sees a picture of himself with Roshni and recalls her words. He enters Renu’s room and steals money.
Riya calls Sayali, asking how she is. Sayali praises Riya for being caring. Riya mentions that dubbing work is going well and she tried contacting Akash. Sayali says Akash isn’t going to the restaurant today. Riya says she just wanted to talk and mentions craving chicken fry, associating it with Sayali. Sayali offers to make and bring it for her, planning to come by bus. Riya suggests Akash could drop her off, and Sayali agrees to ask him. Riya thanks her, looking forward to seeing Akash.
Sachin arrives among friends, saying he will call Sayali. Anya and Manya tease him. Sachin asks what has changed, and Anya comments on his protective nature towards Sayali. Sachin considers it natural and calls Sayali, who says the meeting went fine but she has work. She asks Akash to drop her at Riya’s studio because Riya wanted chicken fry. Meanwhile, Akash receives a call from Riya. She confronts him about his feelings, demanding honesty. Akash admits he likes her, recalling their initial connection. Riya, feeling reassured, smiles and asks why he ran away. Akash explains his gratitude towards his father and Sachin and his fear of losing her. They discuss their family values, and Akash confesses his love for her. They share a joyful moment and embrace. Akash mentions Sayali will come, but Riya assures him she won’t.
At night, Sachin asks Sayali about a phone. Sayali explains that Monty gave it to her for the decoration work, not as a gift. Sachin gets angry, but Sayali assures him she will return the phone if it bothers him and will ask him for a new one if needed. Sachin tells her to use it and return it after the work ends, asking Monty to recharge it in the meantime. Sayali agrees and smiles.
