Yeh Hain Chahatein 30 July starts with Arjun noticing Nitya arriving with Karun. He wonders why his mom had to bring Karun here and calls Nitya. Nitya tells him she is at the temple and will call him back later. Arjun retorts that he can see her and Karun together. He questions why she brought Karun and asks her to meet him in the nearby lane. Nitya agrees.
When she reaches there, she is surprised to see Arjun dressed in a saree. Arjun explains that he is in disguise for a mission and asks why she brought Karun. Nitya responds that Karun was adamant about coming. Arjun questions whether she will fulfill all of Karun’s wishes. Karun interjects, accusing Arjun of being with “that woman” and breaking his promise. He dramatically states that Arjun doesn’t care if he lives or dies. Arjun tries to clarify that he is here for work, not personal reasons.
At this moment, Meera arrives and defends Arjun, telling Karun to stop and respect his father. Karun questions who she is to tell him what to do. Meera asserts her authority and explains that she is here to support Arjun. Nitya accuses Meera of lying, recalling that she saw her with Toshi ji when she came to get a game for Karun. Karun agrees with Nitya. Meera clarifies that she was with Dadi and arrived the next day because she wasn’t needed initially.
Nitya mentions overhearing Toshi ji and Meera talking about Kashvi and Arjun being together. Meera dismisses the accusation, stating that as a former officer, Nitya should know better than to bring Karun into this situation. Arjun emphasizes that they are on a mission to catch some goons and asks them to leave. He reassures Karun that he is there with Meera and urges Nitya to take Karun and go. Nitya and Karun leave, and Arjun thanks Meera for her support.
