Scene 1: Tensions Between Brothers
Rohit is deep in thought, recalling Ruhi’s words as he works on fixing his bike, injuring himself in the process. Armaan arrives and hands him a tool, only to be met with Rohit’s sarcastic remarks. Armaan confronts Rohit, questioning why he suggested to Dadi that he marry Abhira. He wonders why Rohit is concerned about his happiness despite their strained relationship. Rohit dismissively tells Armaan to be happy and grateful. As Armaan helps with the bike, he expresses his doubts about finding happiness in the marriage. He points out that their happiness is intertwined with their family and with Rohit, despite the constant mistreatment he endures.
Ruhi, observing the situation, considers provoking Rohit further to change his decision, but Vidya advises against it, warning that it could worsen the situation. Rohit accuses Armaan of interfering in his marriage and questions his intentions towards Ruhi, citing Armaan’s concern for her as suspicious. Armaan defends his actions, explaining that he was merely helping Ruhi because she was hurt, emphasizing the importance of humanity. However, Rohit misinterprets his actions, accusing him of being insincere and creating drama.
Frustrated, Rohit lashes out, causing the bike to fall, and angrily declares that he doesn’t need Armaan’s support. He accuses Armaan of weakening him and preventing Ruhi from moving on. Rohit pleads with Armaan to marry Abhira, believing that only then can Ruhi and he find peace. Armaan, shocked by Rohit’s words, tries to protest, but Rohit insists, accusing Armaan of intending to deceive Abhira just as he did with Ruhi. Rohit, in desperation, folds his hands and begs Armaan to marry Abhira as a favor to him.
Scene 2: Family Dilemmas
Kajal warns Manisha against agreeing to the marriage, suspecting that Rohit’s intentions might be influenced by Sanjay, who wants to disrupt the family. Vijay, however, believes that Rohit genuinely wants Armaan and Abhira to marry, thinking that it’s the only way for him to heal from his emotional wounds. Dadi reprimands Kajal, while Vidya argues that the family must compromise for the greater good. She warns that if the marriage doesn’t happen, Rohit will remain unhappy, which could affect the family business. Dadi, reflecting on Ruhi and Sanjay’s words, reluctantly agrees and instructs the family to prepare for Teej.
Meanwhile, Armaan and Abhira discuss their situation. Abhira expresses her concerns, recalling how their previous marriage plans fell apart and how Dadi is now caught in a difficult position. She worries that if they marry under these circumstances, they will never find happiness, as Dadi’s approval is forced rather than genuine. Armaan tries to reassure her, insisting that their love should be enough to overcome these obstacles. Abhira, however, fears the repercussions and insists that she won’t marry him unless Dadi accepts her wholeheartedly. She walks away, determined not to bow to pressure, while Ruhi silently approves of her resolve.
Scene 3: Memories and Regrets
Madhav finds an old childhood photo of Rohit and Armaan. Rohit reflects on the memory, revealing it was his 5th birthday, a day he spent waiting for his father, who was busy with work. Madhav apologizes for not being there, but Rohit recalls how Armaan stepped in, making the day special by playing with him all day. Madhav expresses his regret for not fulfilling his duties as a father, but he finds solace in knowing that Armaan always supported Rohit as both a brother and a father figure. Madhav reassures Rohit of Armaan’s love and suggests that Rohit’s actions show his love as well, even if he won’t admit it. Rohit denies this, claiming he only spoke to Dadi for other reasons, but Madhav sees through him, thanking Rohit for everything he has done for Armaan and Abhira.
Scene 4: Armaan’s Dilemma
Armaan, still reeling from his conversation with Rohit, recalls Abhira and Dadi’s words. Overwhelmed with frustration, he shouts, expressing his anger at the situation. Ruhi overhears him and scolds him for constantly echoing Abhira’s concerns. Determined, Armaan goes to see Abhira, but when he arrives, he finds a note with a drawing of a bench waiting for him, hinting at deeper unresolved emotions.
