Scene 1: Ruhi’s Revelation
The episode begins with Dadi anxiously preparing for the guests’ arrival. As she hurries, Ruhi approaches her, concerned about Rohit’s condition and asking what Dadi has decided. Dadi sternly replies that it’s her responsibility to decide, urging Ruhi to focus on her own, which is her marriage. However, Ruhi drops a bombshell, revealing that Armaan and Abhira don’t respect Dadi’s decision and are planning to elope and marry today. Shocked, Dadi shouts at Ruhi, but Ruhi insists that she’s telling the truth, explaining that Armaan is leaving the house today, which will break everyone’s hearts. She adds that Armaan might even leave the Poddar firm, just like he did before. Ruhi, determined to take care of her own relationship, hands Dadi the key to Armaan and Abhira’s new house and leaves.
Scene 2: Armaan’s Determination
Vidya notices Armaan preparing to leave and asks where he’s going. Armaan, visibly distressed, tells her not to ask any questions because he has to leave. Abhira arrives, concerned, while Vidya insists that Armaan cancel his meeting. At that moment, Dadi enters, announcing that Armaan and “that girl” are getting married today. Everyone is stunned.
Dadi accuses Armaan of deciding to marry and buy a new house without consulting her. She tries to silence him when he attempts to explain, but Armaan firmly defends Abhira. Dadi criticizes Abhira, accusing her of lacking good upbringing and valuing the house more than the family. Armaan, infuriated, tells Dadi to stop, refusing to listen to any insults against Abhira. Despite Dadi’s harsh words, Armaan continues to stand by Abhira, explaining that she simply wants both love and family blessings. He acknowledges the truth in Abhira’s mother’s words—that society would judge her harshly for staying in the house without a formal relationship. Armaan, exhausted from fighting for their love, declares that he’s leaving the house for the sake of their peace and Rohit’s life. He tells the family to stay happy without them.
Scene 3: Emotional Goodbyes
As Armaan prepares to leave, Abhira, Ruhi, and Vidya are left in tears. Manish, observing the situation, believes that Armaan has made the right decision, thinking that Armaan and Abhira will be happier without the family interfering in their relationship. Dadi, however, is heartbroken and steps back without blessing Armaan. Overcome with emotion, Armaan begins to cry. Vidya desperately tries to stop him, hugging him tightly and pleading with him not to go. Armaan, however, insists that there’s nothing left to discuss. He bids farewell to Manoj, Manisha, and the others, embracing them one last time. He acknowledges Rohit, telling him that although Rohit doesn’t see him as an elder brother, everything Armaan has is his, and he offers his blessings for Rohit and Ruhi’s happiness.
Scene 4: Armaan’s Final Decision
Abhira, devastated, folds her hands in front of Armaan, tears streaming down her face. Armaan approaches Dadi, takes the house keys, and steps outside. Abhira, struggling with the idea of leaving the family, tells Armaan that they can’t abandon everyone. But Armaan, resolute in his decision, reassures her that he has thought it through and shows her the name “Abhira” written on his hand, telling her that she is his everything. He gives her a red chunri and asks her to meet him at the temple wearing it, promising that they will marry.
As Armaan leaves, Abhira imagines a happy moment where she’s dancing with everyone to the tune of “Teri Hui…” but her dreams are shattered as she breaks down in tears.
