At the beginning of the episode, Rakhi asks Kinjal and Anupma where were they have been? She questioned Kinjal that why she visited to the local gynecologist. Kinjal told her that she is a good gynecologist. Leela and Rakhi argue over the doctor with each other. Kinjal told Rakhi that if she wants her to see happy then she should stop all this drama. Rakhi got emotional and said she only comes here because she really cares for Kinjal. She told her that she is very much excited for her grandchildren too. Anupama permits Rakhi to visit Shah until Kinjal delivers her baby.
Leela gets to know what the doctor told her. Shah’s got to know about Kinjal’s pregnancy complications. Leela and Rakhi calm her by saying that these types for complications ate normally. Rakhi said she will come here regularly. Leela told Anupama that Kinjal needs her very much in this time. Anupama said that she would never step back from her responsibilities. She told Paritosh to take care of her ad a husband can only comfort her wife in such time. Vanraj tells Paritosh not to fight with her and take care of her. Samar stopped his bike for Anupama as she was willing yo reach Anuj fast.
Anupama apologizes to Anuj for making him stand by. Anuj give his help to Anupama. He tells her that he isn’t worn out hanging tight for her. Anupama gets enthusiastic seeing Anuj’s love. Anuj acclaimed Anupama for keeping her family first. He asks Anupama not to change herself for anybody. Afterward, Anuj and Anupama eat together. Vanraj’c call interferes with Anupama. Anuj requests that Anupama accept the call. Vanraj requests that Anupama visit the house as something happened to Kinjal. Anuj chooses to take Anupama to Kinjal. They both share moments together while going towards Shah’s house.
Leela was telling Kinjal not to worry. Anupma calls the doctor. The doctor asks Anupama not to panic. Hasmuk said because it’s her first time so she is getting nervous. Leela told Anupama that she is worried about the complications which the doctor told her. Kinjal told Anupama not to go till she sleeps.
