At the beginning of the episode, Anupama asked Malvika to celebrate the new year party with Shah family. Malvika get agreed to Anupama and she was going out if the house with Anuj and Anupama. Malvika saw that a husband is beating his wife, suddenly she recognized her real life incidents and started crying. Anuj and Anupama asked what happened? Malvika said nothing and went to her room, and locked it from inside. Anuj and Anupama asked Malvika to open the door but she didn’t listened to them. Malvika was continuously saying don’t beat me, don’t beat me.
Anupama tried to open the door with the help of hair pin. On the other hand, Shah family was playing games and enjoying. Baa won a game and get wallet. Mamaji said that Baa keeps money in the pulses box. Pakhi asked does Anupama will come to the party or not? Vanraj asked her to call Anupama. Everyone tried to call Anupama and Anuj but they both didn’t picked up the call. Anupama opened the door of Malvika’s room and they both get inside. Malvika was getting panic and saying don’t beat me. Anupama tried to handle Malvika. Anuj heard Malvika’s words and started crying.
Anupama saw a medicine near Malvika. Anuj went out of room and blamed him for everything. Anupama asked about that medicine. Kavya said if Anupama didn’t want to join the party then she shouldn’t have accepted the invitation. Baa said Anupama is a smart woman she can never avoid a party without any genuine reason. Anuj informed Anupama that Malvika take medicine because she is going through depression. Malvika felt that someone is beating her, started crying and shouting in pain. Malvika heard a voice of a man.
Anupama asked what happened to Malvika? Anuj said he is responsible for Malvika’s condition. Anuj said Malvika used to love Akshay but he was in love with her money. Anuj said he choose a boy for Malvika and let her married to him. Anuj said after Malvika’s marriage, he went to meet her on new year’s evening and he found that Malvika was crying in pain. Anuj said Malvika’s husband was an animal and he used to beat her in every possible way. Anuj said middle class women use make up to hide their wounds but no one focus on that. Anuj said many women are going through domestic violence but no one support her to come out of that. Anuj said he wanted to kill Malvika’s husband but she saved her husband.
