At the beginning of the episode, Anuj was going towards Anupama’s house and due to extreme fog he was going to collide with a truck but he stopped his car at the right time. Anuj gets afraid to lose his life because he wants to stay with Anupama forever. Anuj went to Anupama’s house. Anupama asked why he is late? Anuj informed Anupama that he was going to meet with an accident and he understood that we should live every moment as this is the last moment of our life. Anuj expresses his love towards Anupama and said he was unable to express his love towards his parents. Anuj said love you to Anupama and said he can’t wait anymore.
Anuj asked Anupama not to mind his words and he started moving towards his car. Vanraj was sitting in hi cabin and talking to a woman about some business idea. Samar arrived in Vanraj’s office and asked about his health. Suddenly few men with hockey sticks arrived there. That man asked Anuj to give money and precious items to them. Anuj gave his watch, wallet, and everything. That men snatched Anupama’s magnet, Anuj gave his debit card to them and took back the magnet. That man asked Anupama to hand over her jewelry and everything. Anupama’s ring get stuck in her finger, a man tried to pressurize her to take out the ring.
Anuj get angry and started beating them. Suddenly one of them hit Anupama’s head. Anuj took hockey sticks and started beating them. Suddenly someone hit at Anuj’s head and everyone ran away from there. Anuj gets unconscious. Anupama handled Anuj and she took him inside the car. Anupama gets worried about Anuj’s life and took him to the hospital. Doctors took Anuj inside the operation theatre and started his medication. Anupama was waiting outside the operation theatre and thought that Anuj should not leave her now because she needs him.
Anupama went to reception and she called Gopi Kaka but he didn’t pick up the call. Anupama called everyone but no one picked her call. At last, Anupama called Vanraj and informed him that Anuj is in the operation theatre, she started crying. Vanraj asked Anupama to stay calm. Anupama recognized Anuj’s words that he loves her. Anupama started feeling something for Anuj. Anupama started praying to God for Anuj’s life. The doctor came out of the operation theatre and informed Anupama that Anuj’s condition is too critical.
