At the beginning of the episode, Anupama took Nandini to the engagement hall. Kavya asked why Nandini hide this thing from her? Anupama said no one should ask anything from Nandini. Vanraj said Anupama is responsible for everything and didn’t tell the truth to everyone. Anupama said even she didn’t know about this, but Nandini has not done anything wrong and we should understand her condition and support her. Anupama gets happy with Samar, for accepting Nandini even after knowing her past.
Baa said she can’t accept Nandini because she can’t be a mother at all. Vanraj said he knows that Nandini is elder than Samar, but then also he agreed for their engagement of them. Vanraj and Anupama started fighting. Nandini asked why Kavya is not supporting her, even she also took the decision of not having a baby. Baa stopped Nandini and said whatever Anupama will say, Nandini will never marry to Samar. Everyone gets shocked.
Vanraj said it is final and Samar will not marry to Nandini and if Samar will marry her then Samar will not stay in Shah residence. Guru ji interferes in the discussion and said it is not the right time to think about babies and asks Vanraj to think about Samar and Nandini’s happiness. Vanraj asked Guru ji to not to interfere in his personal decision. Guru ji leaves from there. Samar started shouting at Vanraj for insulting Guru ji. Toshu asked Samar to stay quiet and said he should behave properly with his dad.
Anupama said she will not support Vanraj’s decision. Baa said an outsider can’t interfere in Shah family’s decision anymore and asked Anupama to stay quiet. Anupama gets shocked and started crying and said now she gets to know why a woman in an Indian society afraid to take a divorce because she can’t even make decisions for her children anymore. Baa said Anupama again started her lecture. Nandini said she didn’t want to marry Samar, by going against everyone. Samar said he too don’t want to marry Nandini. Vanraj asked Samar does he want to live with his family or with his mother? Samar said Anupama is his family and he wants to live with his family only. Vanraj said this function is over here and asked everyone to leave. Anupama apologized to Samar and Nandini for whatever happened.
