At the beginning of the episode, Anupama feels that something is wrong with her family. But then thinks that maybe because she is leaving the Shah family that is why they want to make me happy. She gives aarti to everyone. Kavya notices it. She gets irritated seeing this and says these people are behaving like they are going to stay here for the rest of their lives. Kinjal calls Anupama.
Anupama asks Kinjal to come to her. Kinjal says she will soon come to her. Kavya goes into her room. She sits on the bed and wonders if Vanraj will leave her. And she is going to stay alone for the rest of her life. On the other hand, the Shah family dances and spend happy moments. Anupama looks so happy. Kavya again arrives there. Vanraj looks at her. He comes to her. He glares at her. Kavya says so now you are going to spend more time with Anupama.
Vanraj looks angry. Kavya wants an answer from him. She wanna know if now he will give all his time to Anupama because of her health issue. Vanraj tells her that he could not leave Anupama. He can’t be selfish. Kavya gets angry and leaves from there. Vanraj thinks that he can not be so selfish. He needs to support Anupama in her difficult time. Anupama wants to break some flavourings herbs to give some amazing flavour to the tea. Then she meets Dr Adhavit. He asks her if she will invite him to the tea party. Anupama happily says of course.
Adhavit says that she looks so happy despite knowing the fact that she is suffering from cancer. Anupama stands shocked knowing that. Anupama asks him if she is going to die. He says we all need to leave this world one day. But if she wants then he can cure her. Anupama leaves from there without using a single word. She is worried about her family. She wonders why no one has told her that she is suffering from cancer. She then worries about money. As her medical expenses can take all of the money which she has saved for years. Anupama starts crying.
