At the beginning of the episode, Khemji sees Anandi and tells her that she is looking very beautiful. Ratan agrees. Khemji asks Ratan to apply black tikka to Anandi. Then comes Bhavan and Leela. They are also going to go with them. There Premji is preparing to go to Tilak Nagar with his family. Whereas Devadi says that these days they have to do what Premji says. Khemji, on the other hand, learns that Devesh has sold his house to Nagji.
Khemji and Ratan do not believe him. So Devesh comes there and tells that Nag ji is speaking right. Ratan is shocked to hear this. She tells how he sold the house of her mamaji i.e. his father. When his mamaji was alive, he did not come to meet his father, but when he died, he came to claim his right at home. Devesh says that he has no attachment to this house, so he sold this house to Nagji.
Ratan adds that today her entire family has come on the way because of him. Nagji interrupts Ratan. Ratan angrily advises her to keep quiet. Nagji falls silent. Khemji tells Devesh that if he had to sell the house, he could have asked him. He buys this house. Devesh laughs at him and says that if he had to buy the house, he would have talked to him earlier. Khemji says that now where will he go with his family in such a hurry.
Devesh asks Nagji if he can give them some time. Nagji refuses. Anandi does not want to leave the house. Khemji explains to her that even if this house is not theirs, but they will still be happy together. Anandi hugs him. While Premji and his family reach Tilak Nagar. Premji shows his mother her new home.
They are happy to see their new home. While Ratan is wondering where they will go. Bhavna is ready to help them. But Khemji refuses. Ratan thinks that they can stay in Premji’s house.
