At the beginning of the episode, we see Sejal running towards Khimji’s house with her two sons. She knocks at Khimji’s door. Khimji opens the door and asks her why she is sweating. Sejal tells him that Premji even after her asking him to not go to the community child marriage function he went there and the police could raid that place. Khimji tells Sejal that she doesn’t need to worry he will get Premji safe out of there. He asks Ratan to take care of Sejal and the kids while he goes to bring Premji.
Premji asks the people at the community child marriage function to not make a lot of noise as they are doing something illegal and if the police get any hint of it they all could go to jail. The people agree with him and stop the music and start the wedding rituals of kids. Premji sits there and thinks of his only dream of getting his son Jigar married. Police arrive at the scene, all of them run from the place. The officer throws his stick on Premji’s leg and he falls down but Khimji arrives there and saves him from the police and takes him away to the house.
At the house, Sejall medicates Premji and gets angry at him. Premji tells everyone that sitting there at the community marriage the only thing that he wanted was getting his son Jigar married. Premji says but their destiny didn’t support him for the first two times as both of them had sons. Premji then says but this time he is sure that Ratan will give birth to a girl. Then he tells them that he had a dream, goddess told him to do puja of girl children and they will be blessed.
They perform a function at the house for the girl child. Somebody named Nagji and his friend and their wives were speaking ill of Premji and Khimji. They said that their bond is artificial and Khimji is using Premji for his money. The ladies tell that Premji has even made a promise of not wearing his shoes until a daughter is born in Khimji’s house. Kaki shuts everybody’s mouth and scolds them and calls them jealous of the relationship that Premji and Khimji have with each other. Ratan has a labour pain. Khaki tells that it’s not good to have labor pain in the 8th month of pregnancy.
They take Ratan to the hospital. The doctor tells Khimji that the child has turned in the womb and the umbilical cord has wrapped around the baby’s neck. All of them worry about the health of Ratan and the baby. Kaki and Premji tell Khimji to not worry as Ratan would be fine and the child would be safe. Premji then takes Sejal with him to the temple and aarti with his hand. After the operation, the doctor comes out and tells Khimji the news. He runs to the temple to tell Premji that Ratan gave birth to a girl.
At the naming ceremony, they throw a party for the whole village. Premji says to Ratan that he is going to name the baby. Khimji signals her to let Premji keep the name of the baby. Ratan then says that Premji has the first right to name the baby and he can. Premji takes the baby in his arms and thanks to God for giving a daughter to one family and a daughter-in-law to the other. Then he says that the child that has brought so much happiness in two families would be named Anandi.
