In the beginning of the episode, Neelam comes out of the ward and says to Karishma and Malishka that she is going to bring back Lakshmi as she is the last hope for them to restore Rishi’s life. She says to them that nothing is more important than that so she is going to bring Lakshmi back to their house.Malishka holds her hand and says to her that she knows that she is her choice and she is acting out of fear. She says to her that Rishi loves her and wants to marry her and he will wake for her.
Malishka goes inside the ward and says to Rishi that he has to wake up as he knows that once Neelam has made up her mind to do something only he can stop her. She asks him to open his eyes and come back to her or Lakshmi will be again between them. The nurse and the doctor come, and ask Malishka to leave the room.
She comes outside, Neelam asks her if Rishi gained consciousness. She says no, Neelam says to her that this was her chance and now she will go. Malishka asks her where she is going. Neelam says to her that she is going to bring her daughter-in-law back. Malishka requests her to not do it as Lakshmi if returns she won’t have a place in Rishi’s life. Neelam says she doesn’t have an issue with it. Malishka’s mother says to Neelam that till now she has accepted everything because Rishi loved Malishka, but it’s enough now if Lakshmi comes back then Rishi will never see Malishka again. Neelam says she doesn’t mind.
The doctor comes out of the ward and tells them that Rishi’s condition isn’t getting better and for him to wake up is every important thing. Neelam says to Karishma that now she cannot get any late to bring Lakshmi back.Neelam and Karishma leave. At the hospital gate Malishka again stops her and says to think about it as it will change everything. Neelam asks her if she doesn’t want to see Rishi alive. She says she does want him alive, Neelam says for that Lakshmi needs to return.
Neelam reaches Lakshmi’s house and drops a bag on the table and calls her name out. Lakshmi comes out, she says to her that she is here to get her back. She then opens the bag and shows the money and says she will not give her a chance to say no, Ranno and Neha get happy seeing the money.
Neelam says that she doesn’t want to hide anything anymore. Lakshmi says she knows about the Markesh dosh in Rishi’s Kundali and that she wants her because her Kundali has the power to fight the dosh. Neelam says to her if she knows everything then now she should come with her and save Rishi’s life with her love and Kundali’s power.
