At the beginning of the episode, Ayush is happy to know that they have 15 minutes to carry out their plan. Rohan and Shanaya come and ask to check factory papers. Rohan checks the papers. Virendra prays to save them. Lakshmi pretends to be angry and says they do not want to deal with someone who doubts them. She says they cannot fight with someone like Rishi who is such a big name and will lose eventually. Rohan apologizes and says they do not want to check anything but only want to count money.
Virendra tells Neelam that he will reach in 15 minutes. Karishma tells Neelam to arrange a press conference that they are not linked to Lakhsmi’s plan in any way. Neelam asks Karishma to arrange the conference in the same hotel.
Lakshmi asks Shanaya to show her the proof of Rishi’s molestation before checking the money. Shanaya is silent. Lakshmi tells she cannot deal with such people and tells them to go. Rohan says they will agree to every condition once they count the money. As Rohan opens the bag, Virendra comes and says he got the information that they are planning to spoil his business with their rivals.
Lakshmi tells Virendra to go away. Shanaya tells Rohan to accept their offer. Lakshmi thanks Virendra and says that she will handle the rest. Rohan says he wants to talk. Lakshmi says they have no time. Rohan agrees. Lakshmi asks for proof against Rishi. Rohan says there is no proof because Rishi never molested Shanaya.
Lakshmi asks Shanaya what is the truth. Shanaya tells everything and says she only tried to seduce him and Rishi threw her out. Lakshmi records everything on the phone stealthily.
Rohan takes the factory papers and realizes that they are fake. Lakshmi calls Virendra inside along with the police. Shanaya asks who they are. Lakshmi takes off her disguise. Shanaya tries to tell lies again to the police. Lakshmi slaps Shanaya and tells her not to take Rishi’s name again.
Neelam and Karishma reach and Karishma tells police that they are not involved in whatever Lakshmi did. Inspector says it is amazing that Lakshmi proved her husband innocent all by herself. Police say Lakhsmi informed him and he was waiting in the next room. Inspector apologizes to Lakshmi for his previous behavior and thanks her.
Ayush is very happy. They all go back. Malishka tells the reporters that they have nothing to do with Lakshmi’s actions. Malishka is rude to reporters and tells them not to say anything wrong about Rishi. They see Shanaya and Rohan along with the police. Inspector tells them that Lakshmi has proven Rishi innocent.
Lakhsmi comes to the police station. Reporters ask her questions, but she wants to just meet Rishi. Neelam tells them to report that Rishi is innocent and tells them not to pass judgment prematurely. Malishka is furious to see reporters praising Lakshmi.
Karishma takes her to one side and tells her not to let Lakshmi take credit for saving Rishi. Rishi gets the bail. Neelam tells Rishi that he has been proven innocent. Rishi is very happy. He and Lakshmi see each other. Lakshmi runs to him. He tells her that her dream came true. Lakshmi hugs him. Rishi sees Malishka being angry. Lakshmi realizes everyone is around and gets away from him.
Shanaya and Rohan are put in jail. Inspector gives a statement that the blame on Rishi was false and Lakshmi recorded Shanaya’s confession statement. He credits Lakshmi for saving Rishi. Malishka is jealous to hear all this.
