At the beginning of the episode, Virendra and Neelam recall that Rishi got stuck in a fire in the hotel and Lakshmi miraculously saved him from the fire. Neelam says Pandit ji asked for Lakshmi’s horoscope after hearing this. Neelam says she was sure that Lakshmi has to be the one who can save Rishi.
Rishi reaches Lakshmi’s ward and looks at her. He sits by her side and remembers all that Lakshmi did to save him. The nurse comes and asks if he is alright. He says she was also worried about him and tried to go to him but fainted. The nurse tells him to put SINDOOR for Lakshmi as she was worried to see it wiped. She gives him lipstick SINDOOR. Rishi takes it and puts it on Lakshmi’s forehead. The doctor comes and tells Rishi to go back and rest. He says Lakshmi was in very bad shape when she brought him here and she saved his life.
Virendra says he found Lakshmi’s horoscope outside her house when Balwinder threw it out. He sent the picture of the horoscope and Neelam showed it to Pandit ji. Pandit Ji couldn’t believe that such a horoscope could exist and said Lakshmi’s planets could defeat Rishi’s MARKESH DOSH. He said the catch is that Lakshmi must agree to this marriage wholeheartedly, but she may even lose her own life while saving Rishi. Neelam decided that they must get Rishi married to Lakshmi for at least the next 1 year. Dadi says Lakshmi has saved not just Rishi but their whole family. Dadi says Lakshmi herself is tolerating so much. Virendra and Neelam go to meet Lakshmi. Soniya stops them but they still go with Ayush. Karishma stops Dadi from going too, but she doesn’t stay. Karishma and Soniya talk about someone and Karishma calls her.
Neelam looks at Lakshmi from outside and thanks to her. Virendra thinks that Lakshmi said God made her a way to save Rishi’s life and thinks about how he convinced Lakshmi to marry Rishi.
Rishi is restless and thinks about how someone can sacrifice their life for someone else. Lakshmi gets up and calls for Rishi. The nurse tells her that they both love each other too much. She shows her the mirror and tells that Rishi put SINDOOR for her. Lakshmi is overjoyed and asks to visit Rishi. The nurse helps her to go to Rishi’s room
Someone comes to Rishi’s room. Rishi is happy to see her. The girl says I love you to Rishi and hugs him. Neelam and Virendra see them together. That girl is Malishka .She tells Rishi that she cannot live without him. Rishi also says I love you to her. Lakshmi thinks nothing has changed and Rishi still loves her a lot. Neelam and Virendra scold Rishi. Rishi says they knew how he loved Malishka but they forced him to marry Lakshmi. Malishka says they did it all for him only and even she gave her consent. Rishi says everyone agreed except him. Neelam asks Rishi to relax. Malishka says she couldn’t stop herself after listening about his accident. Neelam says she will have to wait. Virendra says if Lakshmi comes to know that truth, she will be broken-hearted.
Karishma and Soniya are happy to see Malishka. Mailshka thanks Karishma for informing him. Dadi feels relieved to see a smile on Rishi’s face. Virendra says he is going to see Lakshmi, as someone should be near her too. Neelam tells Rishi that marrying Lakshmi was necessary for his life. Malishka says she saved his life thrice. Rishi says he wishes this year to be over fast so that he can get rid of Lakshmi and marry Malishka. Lakshmi’s foot trips and her MANGALSUTRA gets stuck and breaks.
