In the beginning of the episode, Dadi sees Lakshmi doing work in the party and stops her. She says to her that she had to take care of herself, Lakshmi says to her that she knew that she loved her and hugs her. Dadi says to her that it was very tough for her to pretend to be angry at her when she always wanted to hug her, she says that she should trust God and everything will be okay. Rishi comes there, and Dadi says she has to go. Rishi asks Lakshmi if she is now ready to talk, she says that she is busy.
While going away she is about to fall and Rishi holds her, he sees Malishka walk to the party and drops her. She gets up herself and goes to bring Ahana, Karishma brings Ahana. Ahana asks Lakshmi if she is looking good, Lakshmi says she is looking the best. Karishma asks Ahana to go ahead. She then asks Lakshmi what she is, Karishma says to her that’s when she knew that Rishi was divorcing her why she got pregnant.
Ayush comes there and asks Karishma to not get angry at Lakshmi, Karishma says that he is again siding with Lakshmi. Ayush says to her that he just doesn’t want to give Lakshmi the satisfaction of creating drama in their happy moments which she always does, he takes Karishma with her. Lakshmi says to herself that she will not take Ayush’s words seriously and enjoy the Roka.
Ahana comes down and Gautam and his family praise how she looks, and then ask for Lakshmi. Lakshmi says that she has also invited folk dancers. Rishi then says that he’s sure that it was Lakshmi’s idea for a tacky theme and is sure Gautam and his family would not like it. Gautam says that he and his family really like the decorations and the theme, as they have been away from India and it feels good to be close to the culture and they thank Lakshmi. Rishi looks towards Malishka, who ignores him and talks to other boys.
Rishi takes the excuse and goes to change, he sees that Lakshmi has already laid clothes for him. Lakshmi comes there and says to get dressed, he throws the kurta on the floor and stomps on it. Rishi takes out another kurta, while Lakshmi leaves the room and returns when realises that she didn’t take what she came from. Rishi in the room again asks Lakshmi if they can talk, she says that she is busy and only after Roka can do it.
Kiran sends Malishka to Rishi’s room, she stumbles into Lakshmi. She says to Lakshmi that, she is impossible as she got pregnant just to get more money and keep her and Rishi separate. Lakshmi goes away, and Rishi follows Malishka and tries to talk to her but she ignores.
