At the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi thinks Malishka is joking when she says she wanted Rishi and Lakshmi snatched him. Malishka says does she look like she is joking and she has been in love with Rishi since forever. Lakshmi is shocked and says Rishi is her husband.
Lakshmi loses her cool and says it is good that Rishi did not hear all this. Lakshmi says she will not allow her inside this house. Malishka comes to her senses and starts laughing and hugs her. She says she had a bet with Soniya and she won. She says Lakshmi changed him into such a loving and caring husband. Malishka says Rishi loves her a lot and she is lucky to have him.
Lakshmi apologises to Malishka for screaming at her. Malishka says she is very possessive about Rishi. Lakhsmi says she is scared of losing Rishi as she has nothing else. She asks Malishka to pray for them. Lakshmi goes to get crackers.
Dadi, Ahana and Virendra light crackers. Virendra says he wants bombs. Shalu says Lakshmi has forbidden everyone from bursting bombs. Ayush brings a box full of bombs which he had hidden. Dadi says if Lakshmi has said no, then they should not burst them. Virendra also says no. Ayush puts the box on the table. They all light sparkles and ANAR. It bursts and Virendra and Dadi scold him.
Malishka hugs Karishma and cries. Malishka tells her that Rishi has changed and he loves Lakshmi. She says she will not let Lakshmi snatch Rishi from her. Lakshmi looks for Malishka and comes there. Karishma tells Malishka not to give up. She says she will support her in this. Malishka tells that she lost her cool and told Lakshmi everything. Karishma calls Lakshmi to caution Malishka.
Rano scolds Neha for finishing all the water and for hugging Sudeep instead of Ayush. Neha says it happened accidentally. Preetam hears them and rebukes Rano for misleading their daughter. Rano says she is doing all this get her married to a rich guy just like Lakshmi. He asks where Shalu and Bani are. Rano says they must be with Lakshmi.
Lakshmi lights ANAR. Virendra tells everyone that those ANAR are bursting. Viraj tells them that Lakshmi and Malishka have gone out to light ANAR. Rishi calls Lakshmi but ANAR bursts and lights the whole box of crackers. Lakshmi and Malishka get stuck among the fireworks. Rishi and Viraj go out running.
Malishka and Lakshmi call Rishi. Ayush gives a table cloth to Rishi. Rishi goes towards Malishka. Lakshmi tells him not to come to her. Rishi looks at Lakshmi and thinks of all the times that she saved his life. He puts the cover on Lakshmi and takes her back. Malishka watches them shocked. Viraj saves her.
