In the beginning of the episode, Lakshmi comes to her room and sees Rishi holding her diary and glass of alcohol. She asks him what he is doing, he says to her that he is seeing how she is trying to frame him and prove him to be a bad guy. She asks him if he really does think that she will do such a thing, he says he does think. He then says to her that he wants to tell her that he is drinking and has already finished a bottle. She asks him since when he started drinking, he says he always did. He shows her the diary and asks her why she has kept it, to keep track of him and prove him wrong and get a big alimony. She gets annoyed by him and says yes.
Malishka in her room thinks to check what Rishi and Lakshmi are doing, and goes to her balcony. Meanwhile, Neelam gets angry and comes to her room. Virendra follows her and says to her that he understands that she is angry but has to wait till Rishi and Lakshmi are back from Mahabaleshwar. She says to him that she won’t wait that long, and picks her phone. Virendra asks her what she is doing, she says she is going to call Lakshmi and tell her that she is aware of her cheap tricks. Rishi doesn’t let Lakshmi pick the phone. Neelam gets angry and breaks her phone.
Rishi asks Lakshmi to give him the glass, but she refuses. He continues to ask her and she gets irritated and brings him the glass and alcohol bottle. Malishka sees this from the balcony and thinks to herself that Lakshmi is doing this on purpose. Rishi after Lakshmi handed him the bottle, thinks to himself that now he also has something against Lakshmi as she was the one who gave him the bottle to drink.
Malishka in her room thinks what she could do to keep Lakshmi away. She says to herself that Lakshmi is knowingly getting Rishi intoxicated so that she can take advantage of him. She says to herself that she can’t let this happen. She calls the police station pretending to be Lakshmi, and says that someone is drunk and misbehaving with her.
The police knock at Rishi’s door, Rishi stops Lakshmi from opening the door and goes himself. He opens the door and asks why they were knocking. The police say the report was true as he is drunk, Lakshmi says but he is drinking in the room and it shouldn’t be a problem. The police tell them that a girl named Lakshmi had complained that someone is misbehaving with her, she says that it wasn’t her. The police arrest them both, and Malishka gets happy that she will get Rishi bailed and Lakshmi will rot in jail.
