At the beginning of the episode, Virendra blesses Lakshmi to be victorious. Neha is livid with disappointment. Rano says Lakshmi will regret it later and tries to calm her down.
Rishi’s sisters stop Rishi and Lakshmi from entering their room and demand Rishi’s car and wallet. Ayush asks Lakshmi to tell them to not blackmail or Rishi will not give them anything. Lakshmi says this is their sister’s right and he must give them whatever they demand. Rishi gives them all the wallets. Ayush says he wishes he was also a sister. Rishi says he can ask for anything. Ayush says he will ask for something in the future and he cannot refuse then.
Preetam tells Neha to calm down and thank God for saving their reputation. He says Rishi and Lakshmi were in each other’s fate. Ayush says he gave the car to Ahana, not to him. They tease Rishi and Lakshmi. Ayush tells Ahana to go or else he will complain to Neelam. He tells Lakshmi that he will always be there for her and she should not think of herself alone at any time. He says he hopes she doesn’t mind him calling her Lakshmi as he does not like calling Bhabhi.
Virendra comes and sees Lakshmi has glass in her foot. He calls Rishi and asks her to take care of her. Rishi removes the glass piece and bandages her foot. Lakshmi is touched. Virendra asks them to promise him that they both will take care of each other during all their hard times. They promise him. Lakshmi says Virendra looked upset about something and asks Rishi to check on him.
Neha asks Rano to leave her alone and curses Lakshmi to always remain unhappy. Rano asks her not to burn herself with jealousy and says nothing can spoil Lakshmi’s fate now. She says nothing happened to her even when Balwinder showed her indecent pictures and now the whole family dotes on her.
Gurucharan prays to God and thinks he must give the property papers to Preetam now that they have carried out their responsibility of marrying Lakshmi well. He overhears Neha and Rano talking about their plan and decides against it.
Lakshmi waits for Rishi in the room and thinks of all that they have gone through. Rishi comes in and asks why she has put the veil now. He says Virendra is absolutely fine and her stuff has also come. Rishi removes her veil and looks at her. She remembers that Rishi asked her for a kiss and says sorry that she misunderstood him then. She says she was going to kill him if he tried to kiss her that day. She says they were not married then. Rishi says they are married now, so it is allowed now. He kisses her on the forehead and says he has to go for some important work. Lakshmi wonders what happened to Rishi and why he left like that. Rishi goes away angrily to the terrace. Virendra is also there. He starts drinking. Virendra asks why he is drinking.
